Called Atlas Care early in the morning regarding a furnace noise and Adam C. arrived on time in the afternoon. His professionalism, knowledge and friendly demeanour were greatly appreciated. All of my concerns were addressed and the cost was exactly as estimated. Very Happy!

I called AtlasCare on Friday hoping to get my ducts cleaned the following week. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so lovely and accommodating. She took all my details down and offered me several times for the following week. Stephanie and Denis from AtlasCare arrived promptly in the 2hr window I was given. They were polite, friendly, explained the entire process and did a wonderful job. They were excellent with my pets, respectful of my home and generally wonderful. Once they were finished, they walked me through the whole process again and made sure I understood the work that had been done and was satisfied. I was thrilled with the customer service and the execution of work. I would not hesitate to recommend AtlasCare to all my friends and family and actually look forward to the next time I need my ducts cleaned. Thank you, guys! Keep up the good work!

Every aspect of our experience with Atlascare was exceptional - from booking appointments with Erin and Mandi, to Nickeel's excellent assessment and explanation of our needs, to the installation team (Nick, Gary, and James), and then Andrew and Alex's great work in the duct cleaning phase. All professional and friendly, we were impressed with the care they took to keep the house clean. One great example of them going above and beyond was when the installation crew didn't have caps to close off unneeded ducts with them (this wasn't part of the work order), and so a quick call to Mandi and this was added to Alex and Andrew's order, at no extra cost.

The service call was completed efficiently and competently by Eric. He was polite, knowledgeable and answered my many questions patiently. I felt that after his visit my understanding of the operation and care of the unit was better. I would not hesitate to recommend Atlas Care and intend to call for my next service visit…….and I'll ask for Eric!

Alex and Stephanie came to our house on time and immediately went to work. They worked efficiently and quickly, but were still very pleasant. They cleaned up before they left and answered all our questions. We were very impressed by the job that they did and how they went about doing it. They are two very efficient and remarkable young people

Good response to request for proposal. Very knowledgeable sales rep. Dave and Adam did a great job with the installation - very efficient and left everything neat and clean. Good run through of new features and maintenance tips.

Alex, Stephanie, and Denis showed up on time and with a great attitude. They did an excellent job and Denis was very thorough on explaining how the process works. They were very clean and put down protective floor coverings. They completely in the time they had estimated. Also the woman Lesya who scheduled the appointment was very nice and professional.

An excellent experience from beginning to end. Alex and Stephanie explained what they were going to do, they did it efficiently and pleasantly without any fuss. They cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed and explained exactly what they had done before I paid for the work. I would not hesitate to use Atlas Care again for duct cleaning. This experience certainly lived up to the quality and reliability of the work we have had done by Atlas over the years for furnace and air conditioning servicing..

James & Adam arrived promptly when they said they would. After discussing location of the unit they put out their drop sheets and got to work. After installation went thru the manual and remote with James. Neat, respectful, punctual and pleasant to deal with.

The two technicians from Atlas Care answered all my questions, it was an involved project where an additional hole for venting had to be made through the outside wall. They were very professional and polite, kept the site clean, used drop sheets, swept debris. They sealed everything perfectly, making sure I was satisfied with the results. They explained clearly the various options for this application in my very small furnace room. Thanks Atlas!
