I have nothing but good things to say about AtlasCare. I can honestly say that they are the best contractors (all types) that I have dealt with. Our 17 year old A/C finally died and we decided to replace it. We decided to replace our outdated furnace at the same time. Rudy from AtlasCare came and spent almost two hours assessing our needs and answering our questions. He provided us a fast quote and they were able to start the day after agreeing to the proposal. The installers (Carl & Nick?) were excellent. They took the time to answer all of my questions and took my concerns seriously. In the end, they completed the work in less time than expected. They cleaned up the worksite better than it was when they arrived. Overall, excellent job!

Thank you AtlasCare for the great service provided. ( James, Nick, Carl and Mike). We had our AC and Furnace installed a week ago, and from the time we got the quote until the job was done , all the guys were very knowledgeable and took their time to explain and do a great job. We needed a new piece ordered in order to fit the furnace, but that did not stop them to finish in the same day. The AC was moved on the side of the house and all the ducts through the garage. That was a great decision, not to have the AC in the backyard anymore. We are very happy we chose to go with AtlasCare. This week we are having the duct cleaning done also with them. Thank you again.

I called because my Ac was leaking. The technician explained me the problem and instead of paying for a diagnose, he offered me to fix the problem and to tune up my AC. I asked to tune up my furnace at the same time and I saved money by doing both tune up. Professional services.

Our AC was failing. Ryan Kendrick, an employee of Atlas Air/Care arrived promptly. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it but furthermore did some troubleshooting that will help us in the future. I was very impressed with his manner and expertise. He did a fantastic job!

Stephanie and Denis arrived on time, were very careful in their work, took time to protect my new floors, furniture, cleaned all my ducts (heat and return air) furnace and AC coil.....Awesome Job!

I was extremely pleased with the job done by AtlasCare. Alex and Andrew were very polite and professional. They explained what was going to be done in detail and when the job was complete, more than 2 hours later, they went through it again. I will use AtlasCare again and recommend them highly.

I found AtlasCare via Homestars recommendations of other customers - the split A/C AtlasCare recommended is excellent (very quiet) - the installing team (James and Nick) are top notch (would not know they had ever been there at the end of the day - absolutely no mess left behind) - probably not the cheapest company to hire, but for me reliability and service provided is paramount

Denis Roy and Stephanie Freeze arrived punctually, introduced themselves and explained the process. They were very pleasant and friendly, and conducted the work effectively an efficiently. A very agreeable experience!!!

I hesitant to actually recommend AtlasCare as they were not able to fix the unit itself. However, the customer service of the technician was great. He stayed for a hour and a half trying every possible potential solution in order to repair the unit. He was friendly and professional and very apologetic that he was not able to repair the unit. He seemed authentic and personable which made the realization that I needed a new unit a little easier to swallow.

Eric came out to complete a diagnostic on my non-functioning air conditioner. He was prompt, courteous, and completed the job thoroughly and with care. I am always very satisfied with AtlasCare.
