Our technician Nimo found the problem fast and Described the repairs options clearly and were able to proceed immediately to fix the problem. We were back up in running in no time. Nimo was very professional and gave us some advise if our A/C unit were to break down again.

Denis and Stephanie did a great job ensuring that the vent was clear,me spite being quite clogged. They then also ensured that it was all reconnected properly, despite the tight fit.

I was very impressed with this company's professionalism and quality of work. Jeff who did the initial assessment and provided the quote was friendly, knowledgeable and patient in answering all questions, while not at all pushy. The installation was arranged in just a couple of days and I cannot say enough good things about the installation crew. They were polite, courteous and very good at what they did. The installation was more complicated than originally anticipated and ended up taking two days rather than one. Throughout the two days, the guys worked diligently, very cleanly and with utmost respect for our home. The new system is working beautifully and I will recommend AtlasCare to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done in their home.

Dave Nelson and Andrew Nichols arrived to do the job in the fully equipped AtlasCare truck. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did a thorough job and explained exactly what they were doing. They even cleaned our dryer vent! I would not hesitate to use AtlasCare again when my ducts need cleaning again. . The price was good value and the job was well done in a timely manner.

James and Nick installed our new AC and were both friendly, polite and knowledgeable. In installing the A/C they found a flaw which they corrected to improve the air flow in our home. Thanks to Daniel who sold us the A/C unit and providing us with all the information to make the right choice. Thanks to all of you for doing such a great job!!

Very impressed with the professionalism of Ron Robinson from beginning to end. I had several other quotes from other companies but his knowledge of the products and installation made for an easy decision to go with AtlasCare. The price he quoted me was very competitive and reasonable. His crew were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of installing both boiler and air conditioner. Ron followed up after the installation to inspect the crew's work and was very satisfied. I would highly recommend AtlasCare!

Company was very prompt to respond to call and their representative, Daniel had no problem coming out to according to our schedule. He was pleasant and efficient explaining options available to us. His recommendation was right on what we were thinking base on the options presented and our estimate budget. Scheduling of work to be done was sooner than we expected. The installation team of Neil & Adam pleasant and efficient in their work, they protected our home interior by laying down runners to cover our floors. They worked steadily and did not take a break until I offered them coffee and cookies. All work was completed to our satisfaction and right on the estimate time. Daniel said the team would arrive at 8:00 am and would be done by 1:00 pm, they in fact arrived @ 7:50 am and called to say they were early and could wait if we preferred, nice consideration I thought, the work was all completed and we were trained on how to set the controls by 1:20 pm only 20 minutes beyond the estimated time. We were very impressed our dealings with all their employees, from the person responding to our call to the sales rep Daniel and installation team Neil & Adam. I recently had my air conditioning unit fail and called for emergency service.My call was answered promptly by the on call technician Nimo Mansouri. I explained what happened and what I saw on the outside compressor and Nimo guided me on what to do to incapacitate the unit. He then immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time,diagnosed the problem and corrected it right away. I was totally impressed with his professionalism. i had 30 people coming over Friday August 1. There was threat of rain so we had an indoor/outdoor plan. Found out at 8:30pm Thursday July 31 that my A/C shut down. Found Atlas Care online. They have a 24/7 service. We fixed an appointment but on Friday the technician said he could move me up. My neighbor let him in. Nimo Mansouri sounded trustworthy and I do not regret. He came in on his own; did an honest and precise job. Minimized any costs to me. Completely tuned up and serviced my unit and called to follow up later that all was O.K. I found Nimo to be professional, courteous, efficient, trustworthy and pleasant. I will definitely recommend Nimo Mansouri and the Company Atlas Care.

Highly recommended! Alex and Stephanie did a great job from start to finish,from protecting the hardwood floors, to explaining the process, properly cleaning the duct work, and being super friendly and professional. Atlas threw in a free dryer vent cleaning which turned out to be critical when Alex found the dryer vent was so clogged that he had to take it apart to properly clean it out. They also identified a problem with the AC unit which needs attention and Stephanie took the time to help us understand the issue in more detail. The organic disinfectant was a nice touch too. It may have cost a little more than some of the duct cleaning companies out there, but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. We're very happy we decided to go with AtlasCare.Thanks again Alex and Stephanie!
