Nimo Mansouri provided excellent service to fix our broken A/C unit which made our home very uncomfortable to sleep. He personally retrieved a new part and make it his first priority to return asap so there would be no delay in fixed the whole job less then a day after we reported. He was very pleasant and kind. Job was on warranty.

Alex and Andrew arrived on time, wore booties while in the house, laid out protective mats and completed the cleaning in no time at all. As requested, Dave same by to inspect the ducts under the concrete slab using a small camera. He reported all was fine. A great crew doing great work for a great company. Thanks to all at ATLAS CARE!

Andrew and Alex were extremely professional and thorough. They arrived on time and promptly explained what steps they would be taking today. They were very careful with the items in my home. I would recommend welcoming Alex and Andrew into anyones home for their duct cleaning services.

We purchased a stacked town home 1 year ago and have been struggling to resolve some HVAC issues ever since. We thought we did the right thing by asking for and receiving a recommendation when we first moved in, however that proved not to be helpful. We believe in the end what made the difference is that Atlas took the time to fully understand our problem, our concerns and was willing to work with us to find the solution that made the most sense to us. We also believe that the fact that the technician, Ron, who visited us to make the assessment and help us decide if we were going to need to replace our furnace and air conditioner had the experience necessary to determine why in fact the AC was struggling to keep our place cool. This problem should have been found a year ago and was missed. We are very happy to provide this recommendation for Atlas. We will be long term customers.

I felt Alex and Andrew worked great as a team. They took care to protect the carpets and didn't waste any time getting to work. I felt I was in good hands. When cleaning the dryer vent they took special care in moving the dryer out and even cleaned the dust behind the dryer. The experience was uneventful and because of this I will clean the ducts more often.

We use AtlasCare for all of our HVAC needs. Our experience has been 100% satisfactory; today was no exception. Denis and Stephanie were polite, friendly, and efficient, and are clearly great at what they do. We highly recommend AtlasCare.

After dealing with a barely working AC unit for all of July we called Atlas when it finally quit on us for good. We were amazed that a technician was at our door step within 30 minutes. Nimo showed up to your house and was not only extremely professional but friendly, courteous and thorough. After running all the diagnotics we understood our motor was broken and he explained all of our options to us. By the next day we had our quotes and by the end of the week Nimo came back and replaced the motor and had our AC unit back up and running just in time for the weather to get hot again. We were really happy with the service from Nimo and would recommend Atlas to anyone.

On a hot August evening my air conditioner broke down. I called the emergency Atlascare number and within 30 min. received a call from Nimo Mansouri. That was the beginning of a very satisfying and productive experience with Nimo and Atlascare. His helpful and friendly manner, his prompt response and the way in which he managed expectations of the likely problem, cost and timing for repair were outstanding. I would recommend Nimo and Atlascare in a heartbeat.

Both Denis and Stephanie were great. They were thorough and professional and made quick work of the job. They took care of the dryer vents as well! I would definitely recommend Atlas Care.
