Alex and Andrew provided us with excellent service. They arrived at the beginning of the two hour window that we were given for their arrival and completed the cleaning of our ducts and clothes dryer vent in approximately 3 hours. This was the first time that our ducts were cleaned and so there was extra work for them to do and extra debris to be removed. We feel that we paid a reasonable price for this service. We have used AtlasCare for our heating and air conditioning needs for many years and have always been pleased with their service.

Denis and Stephanie did a wonderful job and were very thorough. They arrived on time and completed the job in good time. Courteous and pleasant from start to finish. Highly recommended.

We have had a service contract with AtlasCare for a number of years, so a technician comes out seasonally to tune up our heating and cooling systems. Chris W., the technician who came most recently, was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing. There is no doubt that we will continue to renew our service contract.

Alex and Lucas called to give me a 'heads up' that they were 10 minutes away from my house. I appreciated this as I had arranged to have my two dogs taken care of while AtlasCare were in my house carrying out duct cleaning work. On arrival Alex explained in detail what was involved in the process and the approximate time it would take. Lucas was very considerate in making sure the equipment left no dirt or marks in my house. I found Alex & Lucas worked as a very efficient team and the whole procedure finished on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending AtlasCare and especially Alex & Lucas. Thank you AtlasCare.

Arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully and left the place spotless. Denis ,Andre ,and Stephanie are a great crew. They even noticed some between the rooms grilles ,not formally part of the return system, but part of it when there is no 2nd floor returns and did them .There was a massive amount of dust in them. They also vacuumed around the dryer vent not just the vent. Well worth the price.

Atlas Care provides a high quality, fast, efficient and professional service for all airconditioner and furnace repairs and general maintenance. The technician, Nimo, was extremely professional, friendly and courteous and took the time to explain thoroughly the problems we were encountering! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Svc tech Nimo Mansouri-honest and upfront. Atlas Care came within time they promised, Nimo, called twice to update his arrival. He sourced the issue, return call with part to solve the issue. I was given an explanation of the issue, and Nimo answered my questions. I TRUST Nimo and AtlasCare.

The Atlas Team delivers an outstanding customer experience. From the initial meeting with Nikeel to the instal by Nick and his crew they work hard to ensure your needs are met. The install was very professionally done and site left cleaner than when they arrived. Quality product at a fair price. Highly recommend Atlas.
