    Air Conditioning A/C, Diagnostic, Maintenance

    From the initial call (Marleen) to the final handshake with the technician (Nimo) for a job well done, I would recommend you bypass many, if not all of the others and give AtlasCare a call. I thought my A/C unit was a done for it's life. AtlasCare diagnosed the problem in about an hour, and had the A/C up and running and cooling my home for my family. Nimo M (technician) was on time, kind, courteous, clean (and wore covers on the shoes - trust me, it's important if you've dealt with other people who don't). Nimo has a professional and appealing presence and has a wealth of knowledge that gave us sound advice for the future of our A/C unit as well as our furnace. When it comes time to replace either the A/C or furnace, I know I'll be calling AtlasCare to help us out and get a more energy efficient (green) quality unit, at a reasonable price. If there was a specific customer service rating as well, I'd rate them at 11. Too bad the overall rating stops at 10stars!!! ;) Customer service goes a long way, and they stand by it and deliver. We'll be doing business with them again. Now call them!

    Air Conditioner Service Call

    Latest Edit: Spoke to the President of the company. He said its likely that I probably have a new leak, even thought they did not find a leak when they did the leak test!!! UGGGHHHH SOOOO FRUSTRATING! They want to charge me for a leak test if they manage to find a leak this time.. I am contacting HRAI and reporting this incident. Previous Edit: We hired AtlasCare in May 2013 to inspect our air conditioner because it wasn't able to cool down the house. They charged us over $550 for a diagnostic + refrigerant leak test + repair. One year later, our air conditioner is not running well again. We had a different company look at it and they say there is a refrigerant leak. It is clear now that AtlasCare did not fix the leak, even after charging us over $500. Most likely AtlasCare just charged the system with refrigerant as a shortcut, WHICH I BELIEVE IS ILLEGAL. I plan to report the company to HRIA unless they contact me to rectify the problem. I hope that AtlasCare will contact me for a complimentary leak test, as they did not finish the job last year. I will keep the rating at 1 star until they contact me. I would not recommend this company as they did not complete the job.

    Install air conditioning

    James and Nick did a great job installing our air conditioning system. James offered some very helpful suggestions about how to move the cooler air around our second storey where there are no return ducts.

    duct cleaning

    Alex and Andrew at Atlascare did a great job doing our duct cleaning today. They were courteous, on time, tidy, personable and very professional young men! Bravo Alex and Andrew!

    Duct Cleaning

    In a word: Outstanding. The AtlasCare crew came to The Gatehouse and did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. Even though we only had duct cleaning done, the team went above and beyond to explain what they were doing and what we could do to maintain our system so that it will last longer. They spent the time and went the extra mile. We would recommend AtlasCare to anybody looking for great customer service and value.

    Duct Cleaning

    Never having had our ducts cleaned before I wasn't really sure what the process entailed - but there was absolutely no reason to worry. The process from start to finish couldn't have run any smoother - from booking the appointment through the Sales Rep, Jeff, to the actual service performed by Denis & Andrew, everything was extremely professional and ran like a well-oiled machine! They explained exactly what they were doing, provided a full follow-up summary afterwards and cleaned up any mess that might have been made - it was probably cleaner after they left than before they came! I thought it was great that a Supervisor stopped by to see how things were going and I loved the way the entire team seems to work together and just "gel". Amazing service that I will definitely recommend to others in my family and friends' networks!

    Eric serviced my air conditioner May 21.. He was right on time, did a great job, and explained everything. I have been using Atlas Care for over 10 years and have been completely satisfied.

    AC spring service tuneup

    Regular spring AC service. Shane D. arrived on time and went through AC checks and adjustments both inside and outside units. Was knowledgeable about equipment and what possible problems can occur. Filter was still clean so didn't replace it. Took his time and answered my questions politely. Wore "booties" when inside to protect carpets, etc. Cost covered under AtlasCare service plan. Long time AtlasCare customer and purchased our HVAC equipment from them.

    Furnace & A/C Repair

    Needed furnace gas leak repair AND broken A/C diagnostic + repair. The service was easy to schedule in short notice. Eric from AtlasCare arrived on-time (8am arrival for a 8-10am timeslot) and got everything working safely & professionally. I'm extremely satisfied.

    Duct cleaning

    Denis (502) and Andrew (503) work together like a dynamic duo! I listen to a lot of LPs at home. So dust is my worst enemy. After a prolonged basement renovation project, the ducts needed a major cleanup very badly. Denis and Andrew did a meticulous job. Everything was put back in place properly after the process. Highly recommended team!
