I called Atlascare to make appointment for a routine ac check up. The tech that they had sent to my house was Nimo Mansouri. This was the first time this young gentleman had come to my home and was with out question a pleasure to have. His big smile, friendly and positive attitude was what made me feel the most comfortable with having him in my home. He walked me through the whole process of what he was going to be doing which i don't think anyone has ever done. He asked my permission if he could use my laundry sink to flush out some drain tube and if he could use my garden hose to wash my outdoor ac which i found that to be very curious of him. once he had completed the check up, he then gave me a full rundown of what he found and tips on how to have my ac running more efficiently. The other guys have been good but there was something really special about Nimo Mansouri. I will be asking for him in the future and i highly recommend others do too. Thank you Atlascare and a BIG thank you to Nimo.

Atlas care really does care.... they were more than thorough and made everything so simple. From having an estimate to an appointment that fit our schedule and more. The men showed up on day of with red carpets to keep our house clean and were very efficient and friendly. The unit we had installed was perfect for our home and everything is running smoothly. I would highly recommend atlas care to anyone who needs their services. Thanks so much!!!

Every time I deal with Atlascare, I am surprised again at how friendly and cheerful every single person is. I wish more companies were so friendly. Had a bit of trouble booking an appt today, I wish I could have booked a evening appt ahead of time rather than calling emergency, but Mr. N. Mansouri was quick, helpful and friendly. (My dog fell in love with him.) Total recommend for anyone needed assistance in the area. I have the coverage plan at about $25/month. It's worth it to have someone come anytime.

I have been really happy with AtlasCare. Been with the company for 2 years & every time the service has been exceptional. I am on the Optimum protection plan and happy to continue with it. However, I do feel the 43/Month a little high but it is quality service. Thank you Atlas Care.

Nimo Mansouri was early for the scheduled appointment, got right to work & was able to fix our air conditioner in no time. He also explained the plan that AtlasCare offers & I was able to save money right then & there. Great job & excellent service.

Daniel from sales was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and very helpful in recommending the best solution for our needs. On the day of the install, the workers arrived on time and also did a thorough job. If you are looking for a professional company who does not cut corners, Atlascare will not disappoint.

Nimo Mansouri was prompt, polite and informative about the servicing my air conditioner. He replace the filter on my furnace. He introduced himself and also took the time to greet my dogs. They loved him. He also stated how the servicing of the air conditioner went. I would highly recommend him anytime

Mark Douglas and his crew did an amazing job of installing my new York 2 ton AC unit in a relatively awkward location in a quirky house. I will be using Atlas for a new furnace when the time comes!

Bi -Annually Eric comes to do maintenance on our A/C and furnace…. He is a delightful young man…he is very professional, very neat, very polite…explains in detail everything that he has done..Personable and efficient. I cannot possibly give him a higher recommendation ! (the added bonus for me was that I was held up in traffic, and he actually waited for me to arrive home…this was an unexpected surprise-and fortunate for me….as I felt horrible that I was running late…-that just never happens) Thank you for sending Eric to do our work! had duct cleaning done after flood damage repairs so covered with insurance claim. I have been with Atlas Care for many years with an annual maintenance plan, new furnance, etc. Company, service personnel all knowledgeable, helpful, professional. A company you can trust
