Alex & Lucas,the service men were very courteous and most efficient. They explained everything thoroughly and left the work site very clean. I would certainly recommend this company. I have dealt with AtlasCare for many years - they are the best.

Very professional and trustworthy. The reason why I called AtlasCare was because I had a door to door salesperson from another company come and try to sell me a furnace. I told them I would get back in contact with them after I spoke to my mainteneance company AtlasCare and they gave me very helpful and truthful information. A family friend in the industry even told me that the information was accurate and to go with them because I was getting a great deal. Great job. I'm more than pleased and recommend AtlasCare to anyone. I had a new energy efficient furnace installed as well as relocated a new a/c unit to the side of the house to make more room in the backyard.

This was an annual service call as part of my maintenance package. The service man was excellent, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. A wonderful job done efficiently, cleanly, and by great people. This is a great company.

AtlasCare came for the annual service of our air conditioner today.Eric thanked me for allowing an early call (8:00am). Normally I would not spend time on a review but he was really outstanding. Thoroughly explained in detail everything done. My wife and I want him back for the next service call. A good company and an outstanding employee.

The work from this company was very professional, right from the salesman who reviewed our options very thoroughly to the technical crew who installed the new furnace, thermostat, and humidifier in a neat, competent manner. We have been customers for over 30 years and never been diappointed.

We have used AtlasCare for many years for our furnace maintenance; and have been very happy with them. We asked them to replace our air conditioner. The installers (Dave D, Dave R and Mike H) arrived when they were supposed to. They put down carpet runners on areas they were going to travel through. The improved how the A/C unit was connected; and took care to ensure all of the old components were safely removed. High quality of workmanship. Very professional. Everything I wish all companies were like. Andre.

For a number of years, we have used AtlasCare to perform regular maintenance on our heating and cooling equipment. As result of their good work, we looked to them to install a new furnace and air conditioner for us. About a week ago, the AtlasCare installation crew came. Mike, James and Nick did a great job! They were friendly and polite and conscientiously went about their task with care and professionalism. When they left they were careful to clean up and leave the work area tidy. Subsequently, after living with the new system for a few days, we called Atlascare to ask if the system could be adjusted to run a little quieter. Al, one of their senior technicians, came around. He did a bit of fine tuning and was able to very noticeably quiet the operation down. …We’re glad we chose AtlasCare and look forward to their ongoing maintenance of our new furnace and air conditioner for years to come. Eric from Atlas Care was in today to service my air conditioning. He was polite and professional and had helpful advice to properly care and maintain my air conditioning unit.

James and Ryan were very professional.They arrived on time, and made sure we were aware of exactly what they were doing and why. There was absolutely nothing to clean up after their departure. Excellent!
