James and Dave performed the install. They were friendly, knowledgable and did a great job. They "finished" the job and did not leave a bunch of stuff for me to cleanup afterwards. My overall experience with AtlasCare has been great. From Sales to Install. I can definitely recommend them to anybody requiring this type of service.

Excellent experience - Eric and Brendan worked hard, fast and were very easy to have in the house - they were even very good to the dog - I highly recommend them

Nimo Mansouri came to the house early in the evening and looked at the unit and detected the problem in very short order. the problem was a plugged line leading to the venter motor, other technicians missed this problem. Other technicians probably would of missed the problem Thanks Alan

Furnace died after hours and I called Atlas care. Nimo Mansouri was there about 90 minutes later. Even though he didn't have the exact part he managed to fix the furnace and make it work until the replacement part came in the next day. Very effeciant and great service. I'll always call Atlas care and ask for Nimo for any HVAC work in the future.

After completing a home reno - it was time to get the ducts and furnace cleaned. Binyam and Alex from Allas arrived on time and were pleasant, considerate and informative throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the service and results.

Prompt after-hours service for urgent situation when we had no heat. Technician, Nemo, was excellent. Got the furnace working until he was able to get the required part next morning. Accommodated our work schedule for the return visit. Very service-oriented, friendly and professional.

Really great experience with my furnace install. The installers took the time to explain the new system and how it works and were able to answer all of my questions. They cleaned up as if they were never there (laid down drop sheets, removed all of the old parts Ect.) Great Job to Neil and James the installers.

I would highly recommend AtlasCare and ask for Nimo Mansouri. He was very pleaseant and helpful. We had no heat and he came in an hour and made sure we were up and running and this was around midnight. There is a premium for after hour services but I did not mind paying for this as the service provided was fast and Nimo was great as a person. I will definetly be calling them back for any heating and cooling services I will need in the future.

This has not been a great winter in which to wake up and find the furnace quit in the night. Atlas sent Nimo Mansouri, who was polite, professional and got the heat going on a temporary basis, with the replacement part to be ordered and installed as soon as possible. Prmpt service on a Sunday morning much appreciated.
