    Furnace repair

    The motor in our furnace stopped working and Nimo Mansouri was there 2.5 hours after I placed the call. He was as courteous and professional as always. I mistakenly gave him the wrong plan type and paid for the new motor (his tablet was down and it was 10:30 PM so he couldn't check the type of plan for which I signed up). Two days later I received a call from the office saying I was getting reimbursed because our plan actually covered the cost of the replacement motor. This is why we remain Atlas customers ... they're honest and provide great service, and having a wonderful technician like Nimo, with whom we can build a relationship, is a comfort.

    Furnace Tuneup

    I do an annual furnace tune up and decided to call the top rated company on Homestars - AtlasCare. They were quick at setting the appointment and keeping the time set. A very nice guy did the service named Quinton. Very polite and professional and did a great job! About a week and a half after the tune up I noticed a water leak coming from the bottom of the furnace. I called up AtlasCare and they sent someone within 3 hours same day! This time Brendan showed up and after checking out the situation found that one of the PVC pipes from the furnace had cracked. He repaired the pipe very thoroughly and was then on his way. These guys are so professional and polite and attentive. They even fixed a problem (at no charge) that was caused by the people who put the furnace in (Sears). It was a pleasure to deal with a company who has ALL the service angles covered. Highly recommend them and will use for all my heating and cooling requirements.

    Humidifier Installation

    My old humidifier stopped working, so I called AtlasCare and spoke with Jeff Maund. He took my order and made an appointment for Service Tech Eric C. to come to my house and install the new one. Jeff was very professional on the phone and Eric was very professional in my home. Eric was at my house promptly, at the beginning of the service time window, and came fully prepared with his equipment to start and finish the job. Eric did clean work, made sure I understood the system and answered all my questions at the end of the job. Thank you AtlasCare for great service from start to finish!!

    Furnace Repair

    Heat went out on our furnace and Nemo had to return twice in one night. He was friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain the issue. Great customer service.

    furnace repair

    Had Atlas come look at our furnace that would run past the temp. Initial visit from Atlas appeared to have resolved the issue. It started acting up again and called back. Had a prompt visit from Nimo Mansouri. He was courteous, respectful, and explained everything that he was doing. He was able to resolve the issue and even saved us some $$. Would recommend Atlas to anyone. Ask for Nimo!

    Annual Service

    Over the years, Atlascare has serviced my home heating system. I have never been home and always had our cleaning maid home when they arrived. So, for the first time in 6 years I was home this week to greet the technician for the annual service. He arrived: polite ,well dressed, and well mannered. He performed the tune up which took about 35mins and called me downstairs to go over everything he had done and what he had found. I have never been so impressed! The service was so thoroughly done and more so, I felt safe with my system and the smoke alarms that were checked. Thank you atlas care and thank you Hassan for reassuring me that I will never again have to be home for this service

    boiler servicing

    0ur boiler had failed to ignite a couple of times in the previous week. I was able to restart it, but it was very worrying considering this cold winter. After a disastrous and costly experience with Direct Energy I was also looking for a company to provide the regular inspection service for the boiler. I found AtlasCare through the web. I was quite happy to see that they encouraged booking appointments through email as well, saving me from the telephone tag nightmare. It took a couple of tries to get a response (still better than telephone tag), but when i did get contacted the company was ready to come out the very next day! They have a convenient 2-hour appointment window as opposed to the 4-hour one most companies offer. And in the event they called in the morning to offer me an eariler appointment. The work was efficient and thorough and I was pleased to sign up for an annual protection plan. Thanks to Jeff H for the service and Steve and Laura for scheduling the appointment so quickly.

    New Furnace

    Everyone of whom we dealt with from AtlasCare; from the members of the customer service team, to the technician Leo of whom visited for the service call, David the Sales Representative and finally the furnace installer were all punctual and professional. I would highly recommend AtlasCare to my friends and family members.

    Furnace Repair

    We had trouble with our furnace the night prior, and called Atlascare in the morning. They were very prompt in responding and had Nimo Mansouri out to our house within two hours. He was extremely kind, honest and professional in fixing the problem we had with our furnace. We are very impressed with the service he provided. Thank you Nimo!!!

    Furnace

    Furnace died. Called at midnight for service in the morning - technician called immediately and was most pleasant and courteous. Arrived at 8:15 the next morning, and solved the problem. Extremely pleasant young man.
