    Furnace Problem

    Our furnace blower had stopped. Serviceman Nimo Marsouri came at 10:00pm and after checking discovered we had a more serious problem in that the carbon monoxide levels were well above safe levels. His diagnostic skill saved us from a potentially dangerous situation. We purchased a new furnace as a result of Nimo's excellent service.

    Furnace replace

    My 18 year old furnace broke down during one of the coldest winters in years. Less that 24 hours later i had a new working furnace, and i never felt taken advantage of over my sudden need. extremely clean and professional install with no hidden costs. We opted for a replace over a repair because of the age and condition of our existing furnace.

    Boiler repair

    Our not so new boiler (American Standard) was displaying very high pressure - and not heating properly - Jeff Horton from AtlasCare responded to our emergency situation to assess the problem - Jeff checked out all the components, including electronics and the pump - Jeff determined that the expansion tank needed to be bled - he immediately commenced a process (note that the tank did not have a bleeder screw) to rectify the situation - and normalize the pressure in the system - Jeff's expertise in dealing with somewhat antiquated (but still very efficient) equipment was instrumental in dealing with the problem - thank-you Jeff - John G

    FURNESS

    Nimo Mansoori visited our home today, appointment was between 2-4 he arrived at 2.00, what more can I say, the work was performed quickly and efficiently. Nimo was very polite, i am very pleased with AtlasCae. I have a service contract with Atlas, no cost involved.

    Furnace failure

    The old furnace quit Saturday evening and I called AtlasCare. Nimo called very quickly and was at the house in 30 minutes to perform the diagnostics. New furnace was recommended and Daniel in sales spoke with me the same night. He came to the house next morning and the techs did the job on Monday. Fast, excellent service as usual from AtlasCare. Good job lads!

    furnace

    We noticed that water was leaking from a connection on the drain line on our furnace. We called the emergency phone number, since it was a Saturday morning and their office was closed. A service person called us back within minutes to find out more about the problem and when he would be able to come. We explained were headed out of town for several hours and he mentioned to call him back when we get back home which we did. He came within 2 1/2 hrs. Diagnosed the problem but unfortunately could not do the repair because he did not have the fitting and all that was needed. He cleaned up the mess that had been created by the leak. He said that he would be back the next day (Sunday) at a certain time to do the complete repair. He came back at the time he said. The repair was done quickly and efficiently.This gentleman, Nimo, has got be the one of the nicest servicemen we have ever met and he really enjoys his job. We have had our furnace & AC needs looked after by Atlas for over 25 years and would not switch. All employees that we have come in contact with are the best.

    Furnace installation

    Very professional, nice and most of all did an awesome job. The workmanship was neat, clean with all wires and pipes properly secured. Very satisfied with the installation and the guys that installed it. Customer service seems to be lacking in todays society. The guys that worked at my place represented atlas care with the most professional and kind attitude. Great job. By the way I my old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger (7 years old installed by builder). Service guys were great finding this serious problem and sales guy was not pushy and very educated on furnace systems. Overall a great company that knows the importance of great customer service.

    Furnace Service

    AtlasCare came in to service our noisy furnace. We've had it serviced by a few other companies over the years, but AtlasCare is the first company to actually solve the issue of our furnace being noisy and rumbling. Nimo Mansouri was professional, reliable and followed up when he said he would. We will use AtlasCare again.

    Furnace Replacement

    We recently replaced a furnace and AtlasCare was very proactive and their service was wonderful. Very easy to work with and we felt like we were in good hands. We would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or fix their furnace.

    Annual furnace maintenance

    This visit was for regular maintenance of our four year old furnace. Another appointment will come in the summer for the air conditioner. Nimo was courteous, efficient and left the furnace area tidy. We talked about the thermostat and the fact that we program it to suit our needs. All my questions were answered and Nimo has a great customer service approach with clients.
