Furnace had gone out and I call Atlas Air for assistance. Within the hour Eric C had called and we confirmed a time that he would be at the house. Once arrived, he was very professional - slipped on some cover slippers, did a quick diagnostic and within 10 minutes he had the furnace working. Atlas Air installed a high efficiency furnace a few ago. Their service is always very professional nd prompt. BTW..there was no cost to the service call.

Dave and Alex came to clean our ducts today. They did a great job! They were on time, very professional and polite. They explained the whole process thoroughly and did an excellant job. I would use AtlasCare again.

AtlasCare notified me that it was time for my annual furnace maintenance visit and I booked it for this morning within a two hour hour window. Eric C. arrived within the given timeframe and did a complete check of the system. He put booties on when arriving, answered any questions that I had, and then provided a detailed written work performance review explaining what he had done. He was a pleasure to deal with. I switched to AtlasCare a few years ago from a competitor I'd been using for years and have never regretted it. AtlasCare is always responsive and wonderful to deal with.

Every time I use Atlas for any heating/air conditioning requirements their work is top notch…new furnace, new air conditioner annual checkups, duct cleaning…all great. The duct cleaning was performed by Krste and Alex and it was up to the usual Atlas standards - top notch! Thanks guys. - RM.

My furnace hadn't had a check-up in many years and my humidifier was not working. Chris fixed my humidifier, and did a thorough check-up of the furnace which gave me peace of mind. He was on-time, and did a great job for less money than I expected. Highly recommended.

AtlasCare responded quickly to our service call when our furnace stopped working one winter evening. Within a couple of hours, Eric C. had investigated and resolved the problem. He was efficient, polite and explained everything well. Thank you!

A pin hole opened in the humidifier water pipe and the value broke while turning off the water. We shut the water to house off and called for service. Eric came within 45 minutes on a week night and had it all fixed in less than an hour. Great, quick, pleasant service with an explanation of what he was doing. Thanks!

I am new to Canada and having not had to deal with heating systems before it was reassuring to have the gentleman who came to my house explain everything to me including the ongoing maintenance that was required. Great value for money and their service levels are outstanding.

My yearly maintenance was due and last Friday. Chris the technician showed up did a great job checking the furnace. He was prompt on the time that was given to me. I've been very satisfied with the technicians who have come to my home from Atlas Care esp Chris and Paul. Very nice polite. And feel I'm very well taken care of. Thanks again.

Recently I had Shane and Chris in to do Duct cleaning. We had a renovation in the spring and duct-cleaning was the final step in the process. The boys from Atlas arrived on time and were very respectful of my home. The were efficient, well-mannered and very thorough. They were also very careful of my new hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
