I pay a fee for a seasonal check of both my air conditioning unit and my hot water radiator boiler. The boiler as recently checked and was pronounced in good order. The technician arrived within the arranged time and thoroughly checked the boiler function and then bled the radiators. We have been AtlasCare customers since 1997. Company has been sold and they are unable to provide pre-season maintenance checks At the start of the season. On Oct 8 they are booking for Xmas ! What good is a standing maintenance plan when they can't book you in August for the start of heating season. Take some initiative Atlas and pre-book your repeat customers instead of an October email blast asking everyone to call in at once. This is doing whats best for Atlas instead.Answer from pro:

Atlas Cares plumbing division is best in class. The work team were knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our property. They were neat , clean and very efficient. They solved a long standing problem and Im very grateful for the work they did. Id highly recommend Atlas Care since their work spoke for themselves.
