    Residential boiler - water circulation upgrade

    Required work was completed quickly and on time the next working day after being ordered. Technician Mike was knowledgeable, extremely competent on the upgrade and tune up of the existing pressure system and provided me with advice on how to best keep the boiler and circulating system working during all seasons. Now am confident and ready for the coming winter season and afterwards.

    Furnace maintenance

    Jason was efficient, attentive and very polite. He noticed an unusual noise of the motor and suggested to check it out by a specialist technician of Atlas Care. Note that I have a maintenance contract with them, so the suggested visit will not economically benefit the company.

    Fall service of heating system

    Service was quick and thorough. All questions were answered fully. Serviceman was professional and interested in making sure I understood all his answers.

    Toto Toilet Repair

    My Toto Toilet was leaking into the bowl. We had Marcus at AtlasCare come in and replace the fill valve on two toilets. This replacement is a bit more complicated on the two piece Toto toilets due to having to remove the tank and working in a small space (downtown homes). Marcus was a superstar ninja. He was in and out in a reasonable period of time, showed us what he did and ensure we were 100% satisfied before he left.

    Excellent Service. On time and efficient

    AtlasCare was able to set up my service appointment quickly. My technician arrived promptly as arranged. He was very efficient in getting the work done, and knowledgeable about the causes of the problem, providing some tips, also, on how to prevent future issues. Very professional, polite and effective.

    Atlas care provides great service

    Because we have an annual service plan, the cost of a new ignitor and labour for our boiler system is covered. Though we would have preferred that our technician was available earlier and that the window for technician was less than 4 hrs., Nasir the technician, was courteous, professional and instilled us with confidence that he was doing a very good job.

    Duct cleaning and furnace maintenance

    I have been using Atlas care for over 7 years, and they are always professional and do good work. I would highly recommend them for all HVAC work.

    Supply line replacement

    Punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, very well presented. Highly recommended. Would use again for plumbing, called with water leak emergency on a Sunday they were at my house within the hour.

    Tankless Hotwater Heater

    I bought a Navien tankless water heater #NPE-210A2. The salesperson assured us that with this model we would have hot water right away because there is a buffer tank and recirculation pump is included on the A model as compared to the S model. So far I have been unable to confirm that the buffer tank and recirculation pump has been included. I am finding it very difficult to speak with someone at Atlas Care who handles the installation and service of these units. I am not at all happy!
