Shane and Kriste cleaned our ducts today. The house feels so much cleaner and the furnace is running more smoothly. We were their 3rd job of the day but they still took their time to do a thorough clean and explain the process, especially since we had renovations done recently so the ducts and returns were really dirty. I also appreciated they went the extra mile and installed a filter for me, which would have taken me hours to figure out. A quality job! thank you

On-time arrival, A/C Spacepak job (attic installation) completed with respect for home and owner. Service tech Rick answered my many questions on gas boiler operation (hot water rads) with furnace modulating valve. I am more well-informed on operating practices. Very pleased with Atlascare's personnel, customer service, and efficiency.

Atlas home office scheduled the maintenance at a time that was very convenient for me. Atlas representative Nimo attended right on time. He worked very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Atlas to anyone looking to replace their furnace and then get on a maintenance plan.

David & Kyle were on time, very polite and accurate in their time and price estimates. They did a great job, meticulously going through each of my vents and my return airs and cleaning them out, both from the furnace room, and from each vent. I would definitely hire them again. Great job guys! Their estimate was extremely competitive and phone calls/emails were extremely responsive.

Shane & Kriste from AtlasCare were punctual, courteous, and kept to their time estimate to clean the ducts in my 3 floor house. This is the 2nd time I've had AtlasCare clean my ducts, and I can attest that I didn't just get lucky the 1st time. I appreciated that they also explained the work they did.

As always, Atlas Care Technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable and informative. Found problem with furnace, solved it, informed us of what it was. Gave us advice on how to keep furnace running smoothly all winter. Conducted all this in a timely manner.

The furnace for our 3200 ft2 house died on us on a winter day in 2012. We received 3 quotes for a replacement furnace (a/c was fine) and AtlasCare was second best. We went with AC because their after install service was quite a lot better. Two workers installed the new furnace and new exterior gas piping in about 5 hours. The unit (a Lennox) is smaller, more efficient, quieter -- better. The employees cleaned up and left things in better conditions than when they arrived. Highly recommend for worry-free service.

The guys were great, couldn't complain if I wanted to. Very helpful and professional. Answered all my questions as completely as they could. Always very concerned and watching out for the inside of the house, taking care not to damage or mark up any walls as the entire house was just painted. They were fast but I could see they were taking their time to make sure the job was done correctly. Atlas is one of the best in our book. AtlasCare's representative Chris Wilson took the time to call and let me know traffic was heavy and when he expected to arrive. He was extremely polite and efficient and finished quickly so I could get on with my day.

Hassan serviced our furnace, humidifier and fireplace. He arrived on time, was courteous thorough and paid great attention to details. As well he provided excellent advice about settings for the humidifier, when to change the filters and information about the furnace. I've always had good servicemen from Atlas but he was outstanding and I intend to request him in the future. Ron Cochen, Mississauga
