I thought I smelled gas after turning on our 20 year old furnace for the first time this year. Nimo from Atlascare took a thorough look inside the furnace and explained that people often mistake the smell of dust burning off for gas. Despite being old and a bit dusty, he said our furnace was in good condition otherwise. Great news that means we have time to save up and shop around for a good deal on a new high efficiency furnace.

Overall excellent service. Sales rep was knowledgable and professional, no pressure, easy to speak with. Installers were pros and did good work in fitting the ducts and running the lines, etc. The furnace will look good to any future buyer of the house. So far, it runs A1.

Shane and Dave did an excellent job yesterday- efficient, hardworking and pleasant to have around. Everything was well cared for and I would recommend them to anyone needing duct cleaning services. They arrived exactly on time, and were finished within two hours.

Fantastic service. Kyle arrived at the scheduled time. He cleaned and checked out our furnace and gas fireplace. I had a few questions and he was happy to answer them. Very professional. Would recommend AtlasCare to my friends.

Binyanu and his crew were very corteous and caring. Schedule for 8 am, arrived at 8.10 (which is OK). They placed mats to avoid dirt on the floors/carpets. They did they job promptly and without issues. They stayed till they made sure the furnace was running.

Called at 8 Pm for emergency repair. Response was within 30 min which was incredible. Rick (the Atlas rep) was very professional and identified the cause within a few minutes and even saved me money. I could not have asked for better service

Shane and Dave were great. They arrived right at the beginning of the time window which was great.They were very understanding that I have a 9month old that is on a schedule. Both were polite from the moment I opened the door.

Very satisfied with the replacement of my existing furnace and AC. Gus was great to deal with, and answered all my questions. I also had a gas line run to the rear of the house for a BBQ. The installers - Gary, Harris, James and David did an exceptional job, and completed the somewhat complex install within one day. I would highly recommend the team to anyone.

Quick booking, professional service, took good care of explaining the service, laid out protective gear to make sure there would be no scratches or damages to our hardwood floors. Would recommend them anytime Dave and Shane anytime.

The sales rep, Daniel, was professional, informative, & punctual. We had a few issues to deal with regarding our reno.(relocating furncace, ducting & relocating HWH) He was able to provide many options. The install team, Gary, Nick & apprentice were punctual, friendly and worked well together. They were effecient and followed all our requests. The entire team was a pleasure to have in our home and we are confident that the furnace & AC will be adequate for our needs. We would gladly recommend Atlas for your HVAC needs. Thanks
