    Duct Cleaning

    We had a flood a couple of months ago and before we turn on our heat system, we wanted the ducts cleaned. Our concern was mould might have starting growing and once the heat hit it, well we would be sick all the time!! I goggled, duct cleaning companies and soon realized some are better than others. I picked AtlasCare because they are ISO Certified! After watching many news reports on Duct Cleaning "issues," I was extremely please to see they are Certified!! My youngest has asthma so we weren't taking any chances with the cleaning job we required! Our tech's were Dave, Shane and they did an awesome job! They respected our home and time! Great job "Boys."

    furnance check

    Leo has been our service technician for the past three years. We find him very professional, prompt and petsonable. Leo found an error in the instillation of our new furnance and was able to fixed the error during the furnance check. We highly recommended Atlas Care and Leo.

    Furnace tuneup

    I'm taking the time to write another review for AtlasCare, because they "recovered with flair" from a small misunderstanding. When I booked the first follow-up service call to the annual furnace maintenance program I'd purchased in January, I thought I was booking just the service, without the furnace filter & humidifier pad. The reason I'd wanted this is that the cost to include the filter & pad is $160, and these can be purchased at a hardware store for about $40, which I'd done, so had my own filter & pad at the time of the service call. However AltasCare thought I was booking the service call to include them, and the mistake was only discovered after the work was done & the filer & pad had been replaced by AtlasCare. When I explained the mistake, they corrected it without hesitation, by using the filer that I'd bought & replacing theirs, and removing this charge from the bill. While they could have taken the position that they'd already replaced the filter from their own inventory, and couldn't take it back, they chose to make it right & keep the relationship. Well done!

    Duct cleaning

    The guys were very professional ; they showed up on time. Shane & Nathan were very pleasant and did a very nice and clean job. They took the time to explain the work that they were going to do and what to look for. I would use them again.

    Service heating inspection

    The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions. He was helpful and he has done a good job regarding the inspection of the heating and cooling system.

    Cleaning of Ducts

    Very professional, they came in and cleaning our ducts in the home. pleasure to deal with them, they did it all in the matter of two hours, and were punctual and very friendly. I was happy with the experience.

    Fall Furnace tune up

    The technician, Eric, was very professional. He came to my house to do the annual furnace tuneup. He explained a problem that the furnace had with the exhaust. He identified the problem and fixed it without any additional cost.

    Reconnecting ductwork

    We called to have some ductwork reconnected to our furnace from our nursery that was missing. Gus arrived and took a look. Said it was fine but was looking at the ductwork from the kitchen. When my husband said that was from the kitchen he basically said it was Fine and to put a space heater in the nursery. This is for a newborn baby. A space heater is not a solution. When we showed him that air wasn't even coming out of the vent Gus told my husband it was because it had so many turns it wasn't blowing the air as strong as it should be. When we showed him a bag over the vent wasn't even moving he basically said the job was too small for him. Atlas should not send someone out if they aren't willing to do the work. That is terrible customer service. If someone shows up then the job should be done big or small. You would think getting heat to a newborn baby's room would be important enough. Guess not. . We had to hire another company that actually looked and replaced the ductwork that was missing entirely! I would never recommend or use this company ever. I really appreciate the time you took to speak with me about my experience and how your organization could make it better. I think this is exceptional customers service and I was surprised and happy to receive your call and your offer to do some service work to show me how effective your company truly is.     install

    I was happy with the service. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns and gave a written estimate and guarantee. I was reluctant to deal with others as they seemed shaddy but these guys did a very professional service.

    Atlas Care winter ready

    The gentleman, whose name is Chris Wilson, came on Thursday September 26th, 2013. He was very nice and professional. He did an excellent job explaining the what and why of all he was doing and made sure we were in tip top shape when he left.
