On time for appointment and super clean guys - helpful and personable - had the work done in less than an hour - now my dryer actually dries my clothes as it used to! More importantly, no fire risk anymore. Ask for Matt R and Binyam!

The Atlas technician identified that my air conditioner was fine but that there was an electrical problem right away, but then went on to diagnose the nature of the electrical problem. I talked to customer service and a technician prior to the service call and no one mentioned that I would be charged any amount other than the $129 fee for the service call. The technician charged me for labour related to the diagnosis and identified that I will need to engage an electrician to fix the problem. However, when I complained to Atlas they refunded the labour charge as I should have been asked whether I wanted to pay for the technician's labour to diagnose the electrical problem before he proceeded. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and thorough in his work.

I used Atlas Care to install ductless air conditioning to my 100+ years old house, and couldn't be happier with the service I received and the results in the two weeks since they were here. The crew (four men the first day, two the second) were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves, and got a complicated job done in barely 1 1/2 days after saying it would take two full days. They arrived on time both days, and the house is perfectly comfortable, even through the very hot and humid days we've had since they were here. I would recommend them to anyone.

Have been with Atlas for over 30 years off and on and have always been very satisfied with their service. We have never needed an emergency call which speaks well for the level of care and service we get.

I don't review often but Atlas is IT! Fast, I mean faaaaast response. called at 8, service man here by 9, problem fix! fast, efficient, knowledgable, clean and fair pricing. The way every company should be run! hope I don't need to call again for a long time, but sure glad your around if I do.

Dave and Matt arrived, on time, to clean the ducts in my home. Very friendly technicians who patiently answered my questions as they described their procedures. Showed me the ducts before and after, did an excellent cleanup and treated my home with respect as they did their work. Two very professional representatives of Atlas! You get what you pay for and more with these two! They enjoy their work, are excellent at it and represent their company well!Thank you and well done guys!

This is the first time we have used Atlas Care and must say from the moment we called head office to the time when Nimo showed up for the service call, we received very pleasant, professional customer service and positive attitude. This company has been maintaining my furnace and AC for 7 years. They replaced my old system 4 years ago. They installed a supplementary AC system earlier this year and today they came to clean the ducts. They were on time and both of the technicians were very engaged in explaining what they were doing and ensuring the job was done to high specifications including leaving my house clean on their departure. I can recommend this excellent company for this service and the others I mentioned. I don't believe they are the cheapest however I think that their prices are reasonable and provide excellent value for money.

Atlas has been doing the maintenance for our AC & furnace for 12 years. When our 21 year old AC clunker needed replacing, I didn't consider anyone else for the job. They quoted well, the guys were on time, professional, installed the new AC & it was not easy in this old house. They explained things, tidied up, took away the old clunker. Great company for heating / cooling/ ducts & dryer vent cleaning too. We've used them for 12 years for annual maintenance & will continue to use them long term. Great trusted company.

Nimo from Atlas care was very punctual, professional, informative and personable. No problems were found with this routine maintenance call but he took the time to answer all my questions about my new home’s system and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
