We are completely satisfied with our Spacepak Air Conditioning system supplied and installed by AtlasCare. Our only regret is not doing it sooner. Our house is heated via a boiler and radiators so Spacepak was really the only unobtrusive solution to cool the house. This was not an easy install but Rudy, John and Ricardo did a masterful job. Another company declined the job claiming it was too difficult. AtlasCare were neat, protecting our house during the install and cleaned up each day. The job was completed right on schedule. AtlasCare agreed to wait to add the final 2 ports at the end of June while we were renovating a bathroom. I would not hesitate in recommending AtlasCare to anyone.

I found AtlasCare after reviewing their company following on HomeStars. Nimo was very helpful and tried to revive my air conditioner but unfortunately it could not be helped. He arrived on time, wore booty's, was very respectful of my home and my dog and well-disposed. I would recommend this company if you are need if servicing.

We moved into this house last year and knew that the maintenance from the previous owners wasn't very good, so we wanted to get work done this summer. I read a lot of places and everyone gave AtlasCare great reviews. I contacted them and almost immediately heard from Steve who gave me a quote and was very quick in responding. Because we left it so late, we had to wait a little bit for service. (We are still waiting for the AC Tune up). When Teddy and Binyam arrived, they were here early (11:45am, at a promised time for 12pm) and they were done before 3pm. They weren't able to do the full cleaning because of the small size of the ducts in the house, but they did a great job explaining why and showed me in the basement how dirty the ducts were prior to cleaning. They offered to replace the filter, but I said I was ok doing it. They promptly cleaned up and left, and I couldn't even tell they were here after they left.

We had Atlas install our furnace a couple of years ago, and now our air conditioner a week ago. Staff are always polite and friendly. We have dealt with Atlas over the years and have always been more than satisfied with their employees and work. They were always punctual and never left a mess.

Received great service! Both the salesperson and the installation people were friendly and very professional. I particularly want to thank Dave, McCloud and Derek for their hard work! I would definitely recommend AtlasCare to anyone looking for a new air conditioner.

As always the service level provided by Team that comes to your house is excellent. Eric and Teddy came by to do work on the Air Conditioning system and were great. They did impeccable work, extremely polite and did a superb job. Atlas technicians are excellent.

Atlas have serviced our furnace and air conditioner for years. Always an excellent experience. This was a room air conditioner installation. Total experience was excellent from the initial consultation to the clean up following installation.

As a new homeowner in Toronto of an old Cabbagetown house, I wanted a highly reliable furnace service company. Atlas was recommended by a friend who has used them for many years. Neil arrived on time, & was courteous in showing me the basics of caring for the furnace, and replaced both furnace & humidifier filter. My only reason for giving 9 stars rather than 10 is that the cost of the filters was quite a bit higher than what they sell for in Home Hardware around the corner: Atlas charged $80 for each, for a total of $160, vs. $15-25 retail. I can't be too critical however, because they offered to replace them at my option, and Neil said I could buy them cheaper myself. I knew I would pay a premium; just didn't expect it to be that high. However the service was great, and I've since bought a supply of filters for future!

As always with Atlas - quick response, professional service and cooling system works well. In a followup to the installation, McCloud Rego provided a level of service above and beyond what was expected. He resolved the issue with professional knowledge, but most importantly McCloud acted with integrity and kindness.

Great care taken to keep premises clean & protected. System (installed by the above named gentlemen) is EXACTLY what I wanted and a work of art installation.
