I recently had my heating ducts cleaned after several years of minor renovations and lots of dust. An email from Atlas Care with a $100.00 off coupon for duct cleaning was the incentive to call after doing some research on duct cleaning , costs etc. A date was confirmed around my schedule and timing. Teddy and Binyam arrived as scheduled ( minor traffic delay) but called to say they would be a few minutes late. These 2 gentleman could not have been more courteous, thorough, and professional. They explained the process, went about their business with efficiency and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Atlas Care is an amazing company and they should be proud of their employees. Would use this company for all of my heating and air conditioner needs.

We hired AtlasCare to install central air in our home, built around 1920. We knew this would be a challenging project because of the age of the home. From start to finish, however, AtlasCare managed this project to a very high standard. Gus Karathanasis met with us and developed a plan. He answered all of our questions and anticipated some we didn't know to ask. He also ensured that the project was started right on time. John Hart and Ricardo of AtlasCare installed the system. They are so good at their work that we wish they were experts in everything from dentistry to travel. They are very creative problem solvers, which is definitely what you need when you are installing central air in an older home. Also they did absolutely no damage to our home, which was something we are concerned about before we found AtlasCare. The project was finished on budget and on time and the performance of the AC has been excellent. Service and response time from Gus and the AtlasCare team during installation and after has been superb. The AtlasCare team are true professionals and have absolute integrity, which is priceless. We will use AtlasCare again for any project within their areas of expertise.

I have been with this company for many years. They always arrive on time or call if they have a problem. Steve came to do the spring tune-up on the air conditioner. I found him to be very courteous as he performed his duties in a timely fashion and gave me a verbal as well as a written report.

Professional, competent and courteous from the evaluation and quote to after-installation documentation. Unit works perfectly, as does everything else they had to interact with. They even put the ceiling tiles back in place. Overall very happy with their service, would use again and recommend.

Atlas Heating and Air Condition are very reliable providing a good service overall. Therefore, I have used them for my duct cleaning as well. No doubt I will highly recommend to my friends.

In a few words: exceptional company and workmanship. Our story: we own a 44 year old home which was heated by electric baseboards and cooled by an old Spacepak. Hydro bills were killing us so we decided to upgrade to central air. From the first phone call to AtlasCare all the way to the final “goodbye” post installation we were thoroughly impressed by our entire experience with AtlasCare. They really do take customer care to a new level. McCloud and Dave completed the majority of our installation, which included furnace, ductwork, AC and a few minor extras. When AtlasCare writes about the “perfect install” on their webpage, they mean it. These two gentlemen were absolutely fantastic: first off they were very patient with our many, many questions and provided clear, detailed answers; when confronted by challenges during the install, they displayed ingenuity; and finally, their work was brilliant. After doing our research we anticipated the changeover to forced air as an invasive, messy process, and expected much more trouble, but again, thanks to McCloud and Dave that wasn’t the case at all! Lastly, we cannot neglect to mention Dick T. He made himself available to us anytime during the install, to answer any questions or allay any concerns we had. Fantastic customer service. Thank you all at AtlasCare for your work and excellence. In sum, we could not be happier with the entire experience and categorically recommend AtlasCare for any HVAC work.

eric c. was the technician who came to my mother's home re an issue with recent furnace air conditioner op. He was very efficient, solved the problem quickly, and very friendly/helpful to my mother who is quite old.

Eric C. is the technician who arrived. Actually he arrived earlier than scheduled but I was called prior to his arrival to ensure that it was OK. Eric did a very thorough job. Identified the problem very quickly. He did a tune up and increased the fan speed on the a/c. We went to the second floor to ensure that there was adequate air flow through the vents. He is a very personable young man and I will request him in future whether it is for our two gas furnaces and gas fireplace or our air conditioner.

I was previously an air calm customer, after they shut down I decided to give Atlascare a try. Hassan came over today, and after a very thorough tune up checking my filter, humidifier, airflow, vents, a/c, and furnace I decided to sign up for the plan. Thank you for being so kind to an old lady and explaining everything along the way. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends. Job well done!

I called to book an appointment and asked specifically if they service the type of air conditioner I have. The woman said yes. She said the first step was a "diagnostic" visit that would cost $129 plu tax. When the technician came he said that they don't service my air conditioner model. I said that I specifically confirmed that they did with the booking person. He said she was "new". I resent having to pay $150 to wait a week to have someone come and tell me they can't service my air conditioner. This seems like very bad business. Although the technician was very nice I think making me pay is ethically questionable. I would not recommend this company.
