We had contracted to have an attic air conditioning system installed since the age of our house and our gas boiler heating system made a traditional forced air ducted system out of the question. We knew that we had picked a company different from the others right from the outset. Rudy, our sales representative was the most thorough in his first visit to review our needs and provide us a quote. He was always quick to respond to our calls and questions and explained everything in great detail so that we had a full understanding of what we were getting. A true professional! We were then blown away when John and Ricardo, our installation technicians arrived to begin the work. They carried themselves in the most professional manner, explained what they were doing and what we should expect each step of the way, made sure that any installation mess was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day, and treated our house with the utmost respect. We cannot say enough about them and how they lived up to the AtlasCare image and brand. We would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone considering any HVAC work. Peter and Liane Garvey

We had our ducts cleaned and as an afterthought we thought it would be a good idea to have the dryer vents cleaned. They said we would have to call for a reservation which we did for Thursday of this week, but the technicians who did the duct cleaning called back and asked if we would like the dryer cleaned today and they were back here in 10 minutes they were very efficient and left the area spotless. Thank you again for such great service.

My wife finally has a dryer that dry's clothing. AtlasCare did a thorough job and provided great service.Thanks for all you help and would be happy to recommend/use Dave & Matt for future services.

I had a service call scheduled which turned into an emergency call for no cooling on our A/C. Nimo was prompt and courteous and even broke the bad news that our a/c unit was beyond repair in a way that made a bad Friday ok. He called to set up an onsite review for our new unit on Monday. We have used AtlasCare for 5 years since moving to Oakville and have always been happy with the service.

After renovating our house, the contractor strongly recommended having the ducts cleaned in our house. We have not had it done in many years, so I started researching companies in Toronto (GTA) who do that kind of work. Ultimately, we went with Atlascare, as their reputation seemed impeccable. The truck arrived on time and Dave and Mat proceeded to do their thing. I was immediately impressed by their customer service. They were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient in doing what needed to be done. The house was cleaned top to bottom, and they cleaned up after themselves leaving the place clean and fresh. Since then, I have already added them to my rolodex for future servicing. They suggested having the ducts cleaned every three years from now on, and I've added a note to myself on my calendar to call them back again later. I would highly recommend Atlascare for all your heating and air-conditioning needs. They are extremely professional and proficient at what they do. Thanks, guys!

We strongly recommend Joe at AtlasCare for our regular annual check ups of our furnace and A/C. We have specialized units for a townhouse and Joe knows the products very well. He has done several minor and major repairs over a five year period. In fact, when he can't come, Atlas sends some one and he calls Joe for advice. Now, we specify Joe as our only service tech. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

AC wouldn't start during recent hot spill. Eric arrived on time and asked a number of questions to determine the problem. He resolved the problem quickly and effectively. He checked all the components and pressure output. Eric made sure we understood the problem and provided some advice about our unit. Eric has excellent customer skills and is an asset to the Atlas organization

I was out of town, came home, asked to check out the AC by my wife who noted the house felt warm. After troubleshooting and realizing this is going to require an expert, I called Atlascare who came in Dec 2012 to install our new furnace. Here's the series of events after that led me to writing this review: 1. 10pm, called their emergency line 2. 1005pm, Nimo, the on call service tech called (quoted emergency service rate and I accepted) 3. 1025pm, Nimo arrives and quickly figures out it was low voltage wiring related 4. 1050pm, AC is up and running again... happy wife and 2 little boys can sleep comfortably 5. Problem was... low voltage wiring likely broken during furnace install... no questions asked, emergency service call covered by Atlascare.... FANTASTIC Customer Service. Nimo the service technician was great, very knowledgeable, honest and truly earned all 10 stars for Atlascare! I have had 3 homes, 3 furnace installs, by far, Atlascare is superior because it's large enough to provide service almost immediately, but small enough to make you feel like it's a neighbourhood Heating/AC company. Definitely recommend you calling them and making them part of your search/quote. Regards Frankie

I got a few quotes to have a ductless AC installed in my frame house, AtlasCare's wasn't the lowest I got but the impression I got from my first interaction with Gord was that they were the least likely to leave me with a mess on my hands later down the road. I was able to get an install scheduled within 2 weeks, and today the guys arrived on time and ready to go. There was a mixup about being able to install the unit on the side of my house (it looks like a brick house but it's a frame). They were able to figure out a solution quickly, no additional charges and another tech delivered the additional parts so the install time wasn't impacted either. The installers were friendly, tidy, and respectful. Their lines were installed neatly, and quickly. My house is cooling down as I write this, I will certainly be calling them again for any other hvac needs I have in the future. Thanks guys!

Your serviceman, Nimo, visited today to open our air-conditioning unit. Found all system in working order. I was very impressed by Nimo's open personality and concern that all systems were "go". He is a credit to your organization. I have been a customer of Atlas for a couple of decades now and have always been impressed with the high quality service. Our regular serviceman, Joe, has become quite a good friend. I mention this as we shall be moving shortly to a new location and will miss our biannual service calls from your company.
