AirCalm, which I have used for years and AtlasCare merged. I was somewhat leary since I loved AirCalm's service and service man. Leo, of AtlasCare came for an air conditioner seasonal service plus a check on my gas fireplace. He was excellent. He was friendly, prompt, informative and very helpful. We love this company, and it's because of Jeff. We have a difficult and challenging HVAC system and Jeff comes to balance the system twice a year and maintain the furnace and airconditioning. He is always punctual, super competent, and a pleasure to deal with. It's like years ago, where you had a personal relationship with a serviceman who you trusted and who was there to help when you needed it. Since Jeff started coming, our system works much better and without any problems. He's so good we insist on him coming and are willing to wait to get him if we have to. Well done Atlas.

I have had AtlasCare service my heating and air conditoning for 15 years now. I wouldn't use anyone else - their service is superb in every way. I especially like that I always have the same technician - Jeff Eaton is the best !

As always Atlas Care technicians are punctual, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. This year, Nemo arrived ahead of schedule and got all of our air conditioners up and running. He also took a look at our ducts and suggested that we needed to have them cleaned out. He opened up one of the ducts to show me what a mess they were.

We have been Atlascare customers for many years and are immensely satisfied with the service we receive. Like other reviewers, we have a favourite service professional -- Jeff E. Atlas is great about booking our fall and spring checkups, calls to remind us and inevitably Jeff is there at the beginning of the time slot recommended. He keeps us informed of the status of our equipment and was instrumental in recommending the A/C be replaced 2 years ago. Atlas' maintenance program may be more costly than others but it gives us peace of mind. The Jensens

I have been using Atlas for the last few years and have received nothing but outstanding customer service. I ask for their technician Nimo who knows our home and is excellent to deal with. I also received a $30 discount because my daughter plays soccer with OSC! Overall a great customer call!
