A job well done! I am a former Air Calm customer which has now been taken over by Atlascare. I can say that the transition from being with one company and going to the next was very smooth and pain free. Although we will miss Bob(previous technician), Nimo has definitely impressed us with his knowledge and amazing personality which one cannot fake. He is a solid technician and so very polite. Nimo represents the culture of you company well. Thank you for the Culture Book Nimo, Its nice to see a company with values and one thats very active within their community. Thank you Atlascare!

Nimo was excellent! Very customer-focused. The contractors renvoating our basement inadvertently clipped the wire between the furnace and the thermostat. We lost heat on the weekend. Nimo came out on a Sunday and fixed the furnance temporarily until a permanent fixed could be done on Monday. It was a great service experience.

Great experience with this company. Jeff was punctual, very polite, left our dusty furnace and AC sparkling. I thought I will need to replace my furnace soon but he assured me that with proper maintenence, it can still work fine for a few years.

Jeff Eaton was my service technician. I requested a technician show up at the beginning of my 2 hr window and Jeff came early, which was much appreciated. Jeff was very knowledgable and helpful with his recommendations.

I had my air conditioner and thermostat checked today and was very happy with the service I received from Atlas Care. I spoke with Alex on the phone who was helpful and friendly, and the technician Jaz was also very friendly, thorough, and helpful. He wore booties inside my house, and took time to explain things to me that would be beneficial for future maintenance. I was very happy with my service experience from booking to the actual service call. Thank you, I will not hesitate to call Atlas Care again for heating, or AC!

Yearly A/C Service visit (2 times a year).Easy scheduling with small windows; Always prompt, professional and courteous service. Jeffrey Eaton who has been servicing our AC for several years now is knowledgeable and helpful. I have no reservation in recommending Atlascare and Jeffrey.
