For over 15 years AtlasCare has been providing us very good yearly maintenance service - this has also included a couple of emergency calls. All handled quickly & professionally. Rick most recently was out & again we had very good service.

Just a quick comment to thank Leo from Atlas Care for his prompt, professional service support. Their technicians are honest, reliable and very capable of maintaining my existing A/C and boiler. Over these past three years Atlas Care has exceeded all of my expectations with a very fair price plan and the best technical service yet. Good job!

I have been using the services offered by Atlas Air for 40 years at both my home and business. I could not be more satisfied with the technicians and advisors with whom I have associated. T.Q and Charles from Skerritt were like old friends. Rudy and Trevor have given good advice to both daughters for their homes and for my business. For the last 8 years, Jeff has been my reliable go to guy at home. We have weathered floods (mine) and the birth of of a baby (his) and I look forward to a continued association with him and Atlas.

We own an old house in the annex in TO and have had Jeff as our technician for over the last five years. He is always reliable, and does our maintenance very thoroughly, going the distance to make sure everything is in proper working order. We had a technician come to our home sent by Atlascare. This young service technician was sent to take a look at a problem that we were having with our furnace. After three failed attempts by two other companies, we decided to go on to homestars to find a great company. After going through the website and carefully reading review after review, my wife and I came to the decision of getting Atlascare in to finally solve our problem. After reading most of the reviews, we notice that there was one particular technicians name that kept coming up on a majority of reviews, Nimo. Coincidentally, when we called their after hours emergency service, Nimo just happen to be the guy that was working that evening and called us back within 5 minutes of placing the original call. He was very polite over the phone, and gave us a sense of assurance that we were in good hands. He gave me a rough window of when he was going to be at our home and gave his word that if he was going to be late that he would call us to let us know. When he showed up to our home, he was not what we had expected from your “typical” technician. Now I know they say never to judge a book by its cover, but we all do. He looked very presentable, well put together and well spoken. Never had I ever had a technician show up at our home looking so respectable, and his pants even had a crease from being ironed. He introduced himself at the door and also handed us a little booklet about the company for us to read while he was working on our furnace. He found the problem in no time and gave us great advice on signing up on a maintenance plan. After my wife and I asked him all the questions we wanted answered about the company, we decided to sign right up. Nimo spoke very highly of his coworkers and most importantly about his managers. This made us so happy that we had called Atlascare and even more happy that we had the opportunity to meet a young professional such as Nimo. He not only resolved our furnace issue but also restored our faith in Heating companies and the younger generation. I highly recommend Atlascare and will be asking for Nimo the next time we have work done. It was like our own son was sent to our home to do work. A job well done!
