We have dealt with AtlasCares for many years and have been 100% satisfied. This year, Jeff Eaton performed our service and he was on time (even early which is good), very polite and imformative and serviced the air conditioner promptly. As it needed a thorough cleaning, we had booked a return service call and this was also completed quickly and efficiently. I find dealing with all the emplyees at AtlasCares to be very effiecient and the people very polite. Would certainly recommend AtlasCares to anyone of our friends and family!! It is well worth it to have the annual Comfort plan!!

We have a monthly maintenance contract with Atlas care (the cost above reflects the annual total), part of the service includes a/c and furnace checkups. The technician who came out to perform the service (Eric) was prompt and thorough. He took time to go over everything that needed to be checked, was never in a hurry to just finish up and leave but took time to address our questions. Eric also came by previously for another service call and even rectified some issues with the HVAC system which the original home builder had missed. Excellent service both from techs and their office staff, would highly recommend Atlas Care.

Eric arrived very promptly and was quite upbeat. He worked quickly and was very thorough as well. He educated me about some tips for effective air conditioner maintenance and also alerted me about a potential problem that I can resolve economically before it becomes expensive to replace that part. His customer service and technical skills were both excellent.

There is nothing like knowing your AtlasCare service provider on a first name basis. Jeff has been coming to service our heating and air conditioning units for over 20 years. He is courteous, polite, tidy and personable. We continue to ask for him each year come rain or snow. There is no better endorsement for a company than having long term employees as a reflection of the considerate and qualified work this company consistently delivers. Thank you AtlasCare and especially Jeff.

We have used AtlasCare for years, and have been very satisfied. They installed our furnace, and they take very good care of it and the air conditioning system. They have both systems working smoothly. When there are problems, they get here quickly. They are not cheap, but they are very reliable and their products and advice are good.

Called AtlasCare to investigate a screeching sound coming from our furnace. Phone rep was very friendly and arranged for a service tech to call us within 5 minutes. Nimo came by and was very friendly, pleasant, professional and obviously takes pride in his work. Our problem was resolved on that visit because he had the parts in his truck, plus we got some great advise about maintaining our furnace. I normally don`t go for `service plans: but the one offered by AtlasCare made a lot of sense so we went for it. I will use them again in the future.

Our furnace failed and we called Atlas Care because we have seen their trucks in the area. They gave us an appointment right away. Nimo came and diagnosed the problem very promptly and gave great customer care. We had to order a part for the next day. He came again and installed the part with great success. Nimo is very friendly and caring. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the furnace and gave great advice on extended warranties and maintenance plans. I would recommend Atlas Care to anyone and am glad they have employees like Nimo. He makes a real difference compared to other companies we have dealt with over the years. Thank you Nimo and thank you Atlas Care.

We were a member of Atlas Care's service plan and joined after our furnace broke last year. Last month, the furnace was making an awful noise. It turned out to be the vent motor, and because we were members of their plan, they replaced it free of cost to us within 24 hours. Unfortunately, the furnace broke down again later that week. They came immediately because we had no heat and tried to diagnose the problem. We were concerned that this might not be the right diagnosis, so a senior tech who was very familiar with our furnace came in from a different location. While we were deciding what to do, Atlas care temporarily repaired the furnace and left space heaters so we were not cold. After lots of debate, we decided it was a time for a new furnace. We were able to get the furnace we needed at a great price because of their scratch and dent sale. The installation went well, and there were no extra charges for running new vent tubing so that it was up to code, a new thermostat or anything else. Very happy with the service, especially from Nemo and Jeff. I also loved the binder with all warranty information, instructions, etc.

Terrific service today from Chris. Arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment. Also had a new furnace filter with him (not part of the service) saving me a trip to the hardware store. Hard worker, never stopped and the job was well done. Would recommend.
