    Heat pump installation completed

    The initial installation of the large York Affinity heat pump was not done solidly, but when I called Atlas they had a photo of it and promptly did a proper install. The unit works fine, but it was the support that concerned us. Very pleased at their work and attitude.

    New Combi-boiler installed

    Very satisfied Michael, the installer, was very knowledgeable, skilled, dedicated and a good communicator in a word, excellent. The whole AtlasCare team delivered service at a high level.

    New Air Conditioner Installation

    I purchased 2 air conditioners and the installation team was terrific. They were very pleasant and very patient and answered all of my questions (there were several). At the end, they walked me through everything they did and made sure I was satisfied. They were very service oriented and it was an excellent service experience. Thank you Shemar and Dhillon and the rest of the team.

    A/C Repair

    Super impressed with AtlasCare. Called me to make an appointment within 5 minutes of making a service request on Homestars. Del arrived on time, was super pleasant and professional, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Highly recommend.

    Heat Pump Service

    Rick, the technician from Atlascare arrived on time. He serviced the heat pump, checked the furnace area to ensure that the humidifier and air purifier were working properly, and adjusted the thermostat. And removed the leaves stuck in the heat pump. He was very polite and respectful and personable. We have a maintenance plan with Atlascare. We paid for the air filter and lamp for the air purifier. Great company with excellent technicians!

    Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    They discovered my problem. It was a faulty dishwasher nothing they could help with. However I was very impressed with their service . Very clean efficient and great communication.

    ROOF LEAKAGE DUE TO LOOSE TOILET SEAT

    THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED AND DETAILED ANALYSIS WAS CONDUCTED TO ENSURE LONG TERM PEACE. REALLY APPRECIATE MARCUS, JUSTIN, ANDRE FOR THEIR WONDERFUL SERVICE. ALSO GOT DISCOUNT FOR BEING NEW CUSTOMER.

    replaced sump pump and hose

    Our sump pump hose had ruptured during torrential rains and was spraying water in the basement. Atlas Care gave us priority service because we were attempting to hold the hose together with clamps. They replaced the line and installed a new pump. We were very relieved.
