Replacement of 2 toilets following special offer plus other minor plumbing repair. Marcus prepared quote July 2, 2024 after inspecting plumbing, answering questions with friendly, respectful, helpful discussion and advice. July 16, 2024 - much more work than anticipated. Other minor plumbing repairs completed as agreed. Amir was courteous, helpful, co-operative and professional. Very satisfactory. July 17, 2024 - Daniel & Don completed the troublesome part. Extras and final cost a little unclear between different technicians on the 2 days: better with same crew for whole job. Final paperwork outstanding from 16th. Nevertheless, all well qualified, courteous, helpful and professional. July 19, 2024 - final paperwork received - extras and final costs as originally agreed & acceptable.

I have been without AC since June 25th. 13 days and counting with no AC 1. You canceled my annual maintenance the day before the appointment. 2. Two days before the rescheduled appointment my AC develops an issue. 3. Tech shows up the next day and says I need a new coil. but fills it so it will run until new coil arrives. 4. Two days later tech comes and installs new coil but says the previous tech misdiagnosed the issue and another part is needed. This was June 25th. 5. When you call customer service always says Parts will call back. It took 3 days of call before parts did call back. That was either June 30th or July 2nd. Customer Service will not connect you with management. Your service has been horrible

Our hot water tank finally quit after 20+ years of service. We called Atlas Care for service and they promptly sent a technician out to take a look. They suggested a new unit as the old unit was simply too old and not worth the cost to repair it. Atlas Care provided excellent prompt service at a reasonable price. The technicians were very polite and did a great job installing the new tank. We're very pleased with work.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I have spent thousands of dollars with Atlas Care, and they were fantastic until recently. They frequently required me to block off large portions of my day to accommodate their visits, which I did without issue. However, they repeatedly arrived with incorrect parts and unprepared technicians. Frustrated, I attempted to speak with a manager multiple times. Eventually, I received a call from Nimo, the operations manager, who was aggressive and confrontational from the start. This was before we even began discussing my concerns. Despite the ongoing issues, they had no problem collecting the assessment fee, which should be waived if proceeding with a replacement. Given the unprofessional behavior and lack of customer value, I strongly advise against using Atlas Care. Despite having a membership and spending close to $8,000 with them this year, I will not be returning.

Had issues with the original installation and they returned time and time again to get it right. We are very happy with the product and the Atlas guys.

Annual maintenance contract covering heating and cooling throughout the year. Comes with plumbing diagnostic as well. Well worth the money. Recommendations from time to time but no hard upsell and great team.

We met with a salesperson who gave us a quote to purchase a heat pump. We felt pressured to sign the deal and gave a $4000 deposit using a credit card. Less than an hour later we cancelled as we were feeling rushed and uncomfortable with the very expensive purchase. We were reassured that the transaction was cancelled and that the deposit would be credited back to the credit card. Fast forward to June 28/24, we have still not received our deposit back. In the second week of May we were assured that a cheque would be sent out on June 15th because that is when cheques are mailed. I called last Saturday (june 22), and no cheque had been mailed. I called and they told me that the matter would be escalated to management and I would get a call asap. Its been a week. They took $4000 from me in December 2023 and have not given it back. I will never ever do business with this company again! Be very cautious!

Adam and his team were professional and friendly. They did a great job! They kept me informed about the progress of their work. They left my basement spotless! When the job was done Adam showed me all the work that was completed and helped me set up the new thermostat on the app on my phone. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend Atlas Care for HVAC service.
