    Great service

    We recently installed a new furnace and air conditioner with AtlasCare. Two days after the install, we discovered water on the floor around the furnace. Within an hour, Anthony arrived and had the issue resolved and tested soon after. The installation was a big job and I can understand an issue showing up later. What impressed me was how quickly they took ownership and fixed the issue. Anthony also took the time to answer my questions about the new system since I was not present for the install.

    Furnace repair

    Tankless water heater repair

    I have a Navien waterless tank heater. It was showing an E110 error, so I called AtlasCare. They came in a cleaned a filter and within 12 hours, the same error showed up again. Again, no hot water for the whole house. I requested the same technician as he had history with my unit. This time he called his supervisor and recommended changing a couple of parts of the water heater for a quote of $4,294.00. The next day I called in another repair company and they cleaned up a second condensation outlet filter for $99+tax. The issue is gone for good. Atlascare not only missed but also came up with a plan to change major parts without thoroughly investigating. Picture of the second filter they missed.

    Plumbing Services

    We are extremely pleased with the Plumbing Services we received with AtlasCare. We got a free quote on the spot and were able to book the work quickly and to suit our schedule. Tenzin arrived on time and completed the entire job efficiently and neatly. He explained everything he was doing, demonstrated the functionality of every item he installed and was meticulous in his work.

    Replace Air Conditioning System

    We were pleased that the service department returned our phone calls without delay, which is a significant improvement in customer relations. In addition, when I requested to speak to the service manager, I was able to do so without any difficulty for the first time. The cost was fair and there was no delay in arranging the installation of the new Spacepac in our attic and the outdoor compressor. Last, the installation team, Spenser, Steve and Ghazi, arrived on time. They worked hard, they were respectful and polite, and they were efficient. Spenser, the lead technician proved to be professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He gave us a thorough explanation regarding our new air conditioning service and encouraged us to call him with further questions or if we run into any problems. We were impressed with each and every step of this competent operation from the minute that we were told by Nasir that our A/C needed to be replaced. If feels as though the company has had a reformation and recognizes the importance of proving to their customers that they are capable of doing a great job. I thank all of you!

    We are very pleased with the work and overall experience with AtlasCare. This includes supervisor Steve and the whole crew. Here's the story. Our sewage backed up just before the May long weekend. The cause was roots in an old clay pipe. Our previous contractor had unfortunately failed to replace all of that clay with PVC. (We received no warning from that contractor about potential problems later.) After our contact in May, Atlas sent a specialist the same day - actually a Friday evening! He let us know that a crew would be available the next morning to start excavations. Thank goodness. Atlas did awesome work throughout: they replaced the pipe from our basement to the city plumbing, and they also installed a new backflow valve (relocated into the basement). All of this work was done with minimal disruption, a friendly attitude, and patient answers to all our questions. They also screened off the basement to contain dust, and they cleaned up thoroughly everywhere. The crew came across as professional, knowledgeable and sympathetic, and they also seemed to enjoy the project and working together. Again, a very positive experience. Not to mention a 15-year warranty, which gives us a peace of mind. A huge thank-you to Steve and AtlasCare!

    Service call for HVAC

    Booking service call was seamless. The tech Samuel show up ahead of schedule, he did advise that he was on his way. He did his diagnosis and took the time to explain the options. He wore protective covers over his boots. He was pleasant and explained all the options.

    HVAC subscription plan

    I am trying to cancel my HVAC plan. The call center operator says they cannot do this. Someone else will call me back. I was told they cannot even transfer my call to the other department. I have to get special permission to answer personal calls during the working day. No one has called me back yet. First request was May 22. Second attempt was May 31. This is getting very frustrating.

    Air Conditioner Service

    Darian was excellent, he thoroughly cleaned all equipment, was very polite and listened to my concerns. He took extra time to make sure my air conditioner and split unit were cleaned and helped me with replacement filters. I would highly recommend him and AtlasCare service.
