My furnace went off. It was cold. I called atlas, and a service person arrived a few hours later. The problem was resolved, a full service was scheduled and completed a few days later - courteously and efficiently. I really appreciated the time the serviceperson took to explain and show me exactly what the concerns were.

I had a no-heat situation and called for service. A very polite technician arrived in less than 30 minutes. In 15 minutes he diagnosed and corrected the problem with the air proving switch. The booties he put on at the front door were a nice and respectful gesture. Thank you, Atlascare!

Had our ducts cleaned and disinfected this morning (they looked like they hadn't been done since the house was built in the '60s) and was very impressed by the prompt and professional service. The technician wore booties to protect my house, gave me great advice and tips to extend the life of my ducts and furnace, was punctual and friendly. I had a quote on a new AC/Furnace, duct changes etc. from Atlas Care this afternoon and the salesman was just as great at the technician this morning. He spent a great deal of time going over a variety of options with me, answered every question I could think to ask, and let me know that he would extend the promotional offer for me so I didn't feel pressured to make a decision (we thought we may just need to replace the furnace, but found out that our AC is actually just as old so that was a bit of a shock!). Don't know when we'll replace the HVAC system but when we do I know we'll go with AtlasCare.

AtlasCare has always been efficient, effective and has amazing service staff. We are covered under their annual maintenance contracts which are a great value. They're consistent and reliable...and as a real estate professsional, I need to have that in the trades I refer.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a cracked heat exchanger and they shut down the furnace. They left space heaters for the night and returned the next morning and replaced the furnace. They were very professional and on time and on budget.

Brandon was called in because our other service provider was unable to diagnose the problem with our furnace. Although being relatively new, the furnace had a mind of its own as to when it would start. We had the same problem at the same time last year and replaced the pressure switch. After diagnosis, Brandon determined that there really wasn't anything wrong with the furnace other than it needed a tune up. It didn't need any expensive new parts or extensive labour, just a tune up. I think perhaps with another company, we would have been paying for unecessary parts and labour. Brandon took all the time necessary to diagnose and be sure the furnace was working properly, was extremely thorough and explained how the furnace worked in great detail in a very professional and friendly manner. In the future, Atlas Care will be the first number we dial. Thanks Brandon!

We asked for AtlasCare to come out and inspect our furnace, which is 12 years old. We recently moved in and just had a renovation done. The previous owner had pets and the renovation created a lot of drywall dust. AtlasCare sent Jaz to do the furnace inspection. He was personable, efficient, and full of tips. After checking the sensors, drain lines, and adjusting the filter, the furnace was in a better state. While it was mainly a checkup, we appreciated Jaz's professionalism which compelled us to write in a review and to continue to use AtlasCare in the future.

When my furnace broke down and my own service company wouldn't come out to me until the next day, I called Atlas. They came immediately, repaired the furnace enough to warm my house until I could examine my options, and walked me through the process of replacing the old furnace. Both the sales and service staff were helpful, professional and accommodating. I would recommend their company for any furnace issue.
