Duct Cleaning was done in a thorough and professional manner. Ardi and Chris were friendly and communicated the time of the appointment and were quick in their work. Good feedback on the duct status was given and very helpful with suggestions for the future (including filter replacement).

Atlascare are very reliable, friendly and trustworthy. Leo is the person who normally comes to our house and we find him to be very thorough and helpful when inspecting our furnace and repairing it. Would defintiely recommend. Very good value for money.

We needed to replace our attic air conditioning unit and received quotes from 3 companies including AtlasCare (who had serviced our old unit). Surprisingly, the two other companies that participated in the quote basically said that AtlasCare was the leader in the field, but that their cost would likely be 20% higher. As it turned out, AtlasCare provided the least expensive quote and we had the confidence of knowing we had the leader in the field with respect to knowledge and installation, so it was a no brainer. The unit was installed professionally and on time.

returned home late Sunday night from vacation. Heating had went off. Atlas Care came over within the hour and fixed the problem. I liked that the company charges only a very minimal service charge for an after hour / weekend call. Serviceman Nimo was exceptionally polite and very efficient.

Our first time using Atlascare and first impressions are everything. Andi and Chris, were prompt, very informative, and went above and beyond the level of service indicated in their brochure. I will definitely use them again and have recently booked Atlascare to tune up the furnace.

We have been on a AtlasCare annual Service contract for over 10 years and we have nothing but praise for them. The servicemen are very knowledgeable, on time, friendly, clean and courteous and the pricing is reasonable! Nimo and Joe responded within 30 minutes of my call on a Sunday night.Within 4 hours Nimo had diagnosed the problem, replaced the blower motor and ensured the system was working and house temperature restored. Very professional and exceptional service! The parts and labour were included in the Advantage Comfort plan.

Due to my previous furnace/AC company no longer in business, I turned to Homestars to find a new company. I have used Homestars in the past and have always been satisfied. I contacted AtlasCare and was immediately impressed by the person who answered the phone. She was very professional and pleasant. I told her that I would prefer an evening or Sat. appt. and she said that was no problem. My furnace was working fine, so there was no rush, but I did want it inspected for the season. The technician arrived on time and when he entered the house immediately put covers over his boots. He spent a lot of time cleaning and inspecting the furnace and was very thorough. I was so impressed with the company that I immediately went on an annual plan and will call when I want the AC service done. Atlas Care is a very reliable and impressive company.

When the duct cleaning provider we had originally booked with did not show up two days before our furnace installation, we called Atlas Care and asked for a next-day service. Atlas called their crew guys (that were going to be on their day-off) and booked them for us, while we were waiting on the phone. Ours was a 7 pm call, and Atlas' crew arrived for the duct cleaning at 8:00 am the very next morning. They were punctual, corteous, tidy, and thorough. We are very grateful of their amazing response and professional attitude. The quality of their work was also excellent. Thanks Atlas !!
