When I called the office to book a service call they were quick to send me a technician as we had no heat. Nimo, the technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this company.

From start to finish, dealing with AtlasCare was a positive experience. Jeff came to our home and explained all in great detail as well as giving various furnace options and related recommendations to suit our needs. He was very patient and made sure we understood everything. He did not pressure us in any way. We were in somewhat of an emergency situation as our current furnace died and AtlasCare was able to install the next day! The installers were friendly, efficient and clean and made the entire process easy. The price was very good and included a company rebate which really helped. I strongly recommend AtlasCare to those looking to purchase a new heating/cooling system.

Our service person on this occasion (Nimo) was prompt, tidy and extremely personable. Atlascare has maintained our boiler and fireplace for several years and we have always been very pleased with their service. The staff member who books appointments is also pleasant and helpful. I've been a customer of Atlas for many years, for air conditioning, furnace and duct cleaning. We had our ducts cleaned on Fri Nov 9 by Ardi and Chris and were very pleased. They were early for the appointment, were very tidy in their work, didn't mind answering my many questions and were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. In fact, today, I referred friends to Atlas to have their ducts cleaned as well. Thank you for the excellent service, right from the technicians to the staff who help book the appointments. Dave and Ardie were very helpful when I asked some question regarding the furnace. They were on time and they took their time to clean up and didn't rush to get out after the work was done. Overall very good customer service.

Steve was on time. Installed a new humidifier. Explained to me how to use it at what settings and what time of the year. Serviced the furnace. I was not expecting this but Steve Installed a new furnace drain as the old one was leaking all over my floor. Great job! Dave & Ardi did the duct cleaning. They called me to tell that they were running late due to a delay in the previous place. I appreciated the call very much as I hate guessing when somebody is not on time. They put protective rugs on my floor before running the hose. Very clean and efficient work. Real team work too. Removed tons of dirt from my ducts! Thank you!

Atlas installed our new high efficiency furnace. The installers, McLeod and Dave, were awesome. They were on time, courteous, paid great attention to detail and did a very neat job. They explained everything about the new furnace to us. We are very happy with the work.

I decided to replace the HVAC system in my home. I received quotes from several companies. While Atlascare's quote was a bit higher than all of them, I was impressed by the presentation made by their representative Jeff, as well as the reviews I found on the company. After a bit of price negotiation to get them closer to the other quotes, I decided the slight extra cost was worth it and I signed to go with them. I was very pleased with my experience with AtlasCare. The installers, Chris, Mark and Mike were friendly, very professional and their attention to detail outstanding. The best measure of any company is how they react to a problem after they've done the work and have collected your money. Many companies will ignore a customer problem after the install. The day after the install I noticed that the humidifier from the old furnace was not reinstalled onto the new one. There was clearly a miscommunication about reinstalling the humidifier and it ended up being thrown out along with the old furnace. It was a high quality humidifier, albeit several years old. Despite making efforts to try and retrieve the unit, AtlasCare could not find it. After discussing the situation, AtlasCare readily agreed to replace the humidifier with a brand new equivalent model at no additional cost. While they did not ask me to contribute anything towards the brand new replacement, in the interest of fairness to them I chose to contribute 50% of the cost. That effort to quickly resolve the problem, to me speaks volumes on how much they value you as their customer. This is a first rate company that "walks the talk" and I highly recommend them.

The cold arrived out of nowhere a few weeks back and so I went to turn on my heater and nothing happened. Nothing I could do would make the heat come on. AtlasCare's technicians were there on time and in time to fix my problem and get the heat pumping. This company was a great pleasure to deal with from the recepionist to the service manager to the technicians. Thank you AtlasCare!

Brandon from Atlas Care did our furnace tune up. He was punctual, polite, and professional. His honesty, throughness, and thoughfulness were duly noted. He represented the company well. I hope he services our furnace again.
