I decided to replace the HVAC system in my home. I received quotes from several companies. While Atlascare's quote was a bit higher than all of them, I was impressed by the presentation made by their representative Jeff, as well as the reviews I found on the company. After a bit of price negotiation to get them closer to the other quotes, I decided the slight extra cost was worth it and I signed to go with them.
I was very pleased with my experience with AtlasCare. The installers, Chris, Mark and Mike were friendly, very professional and their attention to detail outstanding.
The best measure of any company is how they react to a problem after they've done the work and have collected your money. Many companies will ignore a customer problem after the install. The day after the install I noticed that the humidifier from the old furnace was not reinstalled onto the new one. There was clearly a miscommunication about reinstalling the humidifier and it ended up being thrown out along with the old furnace. It was a high quality humidifier, albeit several years old. Despite making efforts to try and retrieve the unit, AtlasCare could not find it. After discussing the situation, AtlasCare readily agreed to replace the humidifier with a brand new equivalent model at no additional cost. While they did not ask me to contribute anything towards the brand new replacement, in the interest of fairness to them I chose to contribute 50% of the cost.
That effort to quickly resolve the problem, to me speaks volumes on how much they value you as their customer. This is a first rate company that "walks the talk" and I highly recommend them.
