    Air conditioning repair

    Excellent response time from their technician, Jaz, who called within 20 minutes of my first call and was at our house one hour after that. Turned out to be a relatively minor problem but he serviced the unit while he was here. Very courteous, friendly. Overall, a great company to deal with!

    AC Service

    Luke arrived on time and was very professional and efficient with the service. He also answered all my questions with no bias. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have been very pleased with the service I have received from Atlas Care.

    Urgent relocation of water heater exhaust pipe

    I have been a long standing customer of Atlas Air( 20 years+-) and needed them urgently this week to help move a gas vent pipe because it would be in the middle of our new deck location and the landscaping team was about to pour concrete. in two days. Vic arrived the next morning to scope the work and then contacted the office to scheudle Eric to show up the following afternoon to move the pipe. This was great team work and we really apprciate the responsiveness of Atlas during a very busy time given the heat issues facing many customers. Thenks Vic and Eric and the team from Atlas. We continue to be very satisfied customers and will recommend you when ever possible.

    Servcie Call

    Recently we required a service call as our a/c stopped working (on the hottest day of the year). When I called in I was pleased to hear that they could come out that afternoon. In fact the technician, Joe Ferreira even arrived early. A co-ordinated effort was made between Joe and his colleague back at the shop to get us up and running fast. Bottom line, they made it happen. I found Joe Ferreira to be not only extremely knowledgeable but also very pleasant to deal with. He also advised us on some tips so that we could get better cooling efficiency which we have since implemented.

    A/C tune-up

    We recently had Paul from AtlasCare service our A/C unit. We were very pleased with the appointment - he arrived right on time, was very friendly and was very concientious in ensuring that he did not walk indoors with his outdoor footwear. He was very efficient in his work and took time to discuss tips for improving the efficiency of our unit. We would definitely use AtlasCare again - and plan to have them service our furnace in the fall.

    fixed broken airconditioner

    Central air broke on Friday afternoon during a heat wave. A repairman came within 2 hours of my call. The system was fixed in 15 minutes. thank you Andrea. With Atlas care, I don't have to worry. They are prompt, professional and friendly. Thank you.

    Replacement AC System

    Atlas Care did an outstanding job specing and installing a replacement AC system for our 23-yr old house in North Toronto. The company's prefessionalism is felt at every stage, from the initial visit by the sales engineer to the final wrap-up by the installation team two days later. The unit is WAY qieter than I expected and really seems to be well spec'd. The installation went smoothly and the two-man team were knowledgeable, efficient and couteous. Great care was taken to ensure that all carpets and flooring were covered to prevent soiling or damage. And when the team flipped on the unit I was absolutely delighted with the result! Thanks to everyone at Atlas Care for treating us so well!!!

    Air Conditioning Fix.

    The hottest day of the summer thus far with NO air conditioning! Not an ideal situation with two small children, spending most of the day at home! Thanks to AtlasCare, we were back up and running in less than 48 hours! After discovering that our A/C had died over the weekend, we called AtlasCare Sunday night at 11pm. They addressed all of our questions over the phone that night and scheduled a service tech to come to our house Monday PM. The service tech diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and scheduled the installation. Tuesday PM my regular AtlasCare service tech showed, did the install, and the A/C began pumping. Tuesday PM we had additional questions... without missing a beat AtlasCare's 24-hour emergency team came out to our house at 10pm, reviewed the work, addressed our questions, and put our minds at ease. A seamless experience with GREAT customer service. It's not too often that you see such care and concern for customers. I've been a satisfied customer of AtlasCare for 7 years now from regular furnace, A/C, and gas fireplace tuneups to duct cleaning to now emergency 24-hour care! Thanks AtlasCare Team - Joe, Brandon and Nimo (and I'm sure many others)!!!

    AC Service Call

    I contacted AtlasCare to diagnose why my AC system wasn't working for my house. It was the beginning of a warm spell, so the appointment took about three days to occur. The service tech arrived within their four hour promised timeframe and was both personable and presentable. His unfamiliarity with my Carrier system was evident, but he persisted to work his way through my 5 year-old system. The ultimate diagnosis was that my system was low on coolant and a leak test was recommended. The service call overall was fine and the cost was fairly standard. The part which I felt lacking was that there was no follow-up with the recommended leak test, meaning that I would have to call the office to reschedule this service while waiting for another few days to find out where was the leak in my system. I also had no idea if I would have to reschedule again for an appointment for the leak to be repaired. Additionally, I felt that the $280 quote for the leak test sounded a little high for a relatively contained system. I ended up having the repair work done by someone else as I felt that there was something lacking with the AtlasCare process.

    Seasonal check-up on Air Conditioning System

    I have been a customer of AtlasCare for 13 years. When I moved from Oakville to Burlington, I transferred my service plan to my new house. I continue to be more than pleased with the service I receive both when I call the company and speak with reception or service clerks, and when I have home visits from service technicians. Service appointments are easy to arrange or change. Technicians are prompt, courteous, clean and thorough in their inspections and/or service calls. Today, Jaz performed a check on my air conditioning system and was thorough and helpful. I am extremely pleased with the Advantage Plan that I have purchased. Along with peace of mind, I receive regular check-up visits and have saved significant sums of money when I have had to service my furnace.
