We had AtlasCare do the complete conversion of our house from electrical baseboard heat to Gas Furnace + AC Unit. They were one of the only "One Stop Shop" type company that would oversee the complete conversion. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his quotation so we knew the whole cost upfront. The only area that was not covered was electrical work and they were helpful in providing a reference - which we were extremely pleased with the work. They installed the Ducting and furnace within 5 days with minimal impact to the house . The crew was clearly knowledgeable and passionate about their work and made sure they did minimal damage to the house (which is expected in a retrofit situation). The work was completed back in June 2010 and we have not had any issues with uneven heat/cooling or any issues with the furnace or ac unit since then. We recommend AtlasCare to anyone who is considering converting from electric to gas or other work in general.

Atlas has seviced our furnace and air conditioning equipment from the day both units were installed. We are very happy with the service performed and with the Atlas tecnicions (Peter for many years and Eric C, recently) who performed the service over the years. Service is puntual, thorough, and friendly.

Service from start to finish (company sales rep - installation team) was excellent. Manner was friendly but very professional. Work was completed efficiently and with virtually no disruption to regular household routines. As long time customers of Atlas, we were once again extremely satisfied with the quality of the work done. We look forward to years of continued comfort and we anticipate continued excellent customer service from Atlas.

Always apppreciated the service staff at AtlasCare, however Eric from Atlas care just serviced our air conditioner. I was very impressed. He was, extremely thorough and professional, in addition, he gave us tips on ways to save money on our filters, needless to say my husband and I were .extremely pleased. Well done Eric.

Rick from Atlas handled my service call. He spoke to me on the telephone to clarify the problem and offer possibly scenarios. He then did the service call the first day after the long weekend very efficiently. Most of all he came when he said he would and even looked at my furnace ...very pleased with the work.

Eric of Atlas performed extremely well on this delicate matter. He was very friendly efficient and courteous. I would recommend at all times Very dedicated and straight shooter co-operative and constructive.

I just bought my first house and the AC wasn't working. During the house inspection, the fan on the furnace didn't work but now it seemed fine. Ron Robinson came out early and inspected the system, the AC worked once he turned on the breaker (I know, but in my defence, I'm having electrical work done and I was afraid to go near the panel!!!). Ron did not charge me for the visit, he was super helpful and informative. A friend also had a heating and cooling company to recommend but he was out of town when I needed someone. When he got back, I was telling him about my experience and I mentioned AtlasCare by name - it was the same company he used to replace his furnace and that he wanted to recommend to me!! So two votes for AtlasCare in this review. I don't think there are too many companies who would help a new homeowner out this way. Thanks Ron! Jo

AtlasCare team, Ardi and Adam were on time for their appointment,courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable, and considerate, always removing their shoes once inside our home. My husband and I are very satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. I loved the eco friendly Benefect, a botanical disinfectant and fungicide that was used to disinfect our duct system. It left a very pleasant scent. The guys were done in just over two hours. Great job AtlasCare!

Called for service my AC was icing up service man showed up undid four screws put a tester on AC unit had 3/4 charge told me it could not be fixed give me a bill for around $140.then in the even a salesman come around to give an estimate for new AC and furnace said he would email to me early next day.I waited 2 days no email no phone call in the hottest week in June 2012. so I called another company Air Heating Plus LTD who looked after me and they installed an AC and a furnace the next day at a more then reasonable price.check out my review for Air Heating Plus.
