Even though it was during the June 2012 heatwave, they came out the next day. They gave us a two hour time window, and Jaz was punctual. He fixed the problem immediately, and even cleaned our filter as well. He was polite and friendly and seemed very knowledgable. He took time to explain the problem and the solution.

If you are looking for a furnace and/or central air, go with Atlas Care! From the outset, my experience with them was unparalleled. When Gus came, the first thing he did was to ask what he could do for me. After listening carefully to my response, he proceeded to inspect the house and then made recommendations on exactly what I needed. He answered my dozens of questions politely and patiently. In fact, I was so impressed with his manner and his knowledge that we drew up a contract on the spot. Further questions to Gus prior to the job were answered promptly and thoroughly. The installation went very smoothly – and Gus even showed up to see how things were going. Gary, Mike and Steve worked long and hard and did an impeccable job. Wherever they worked was treated carefully and left neat and tidy. Buying big ticket items like this can be a very anxious experience for a homeowner. Not with Atlas Care. They are so good you can relax and just let them do their job. The job will get done right! Never before have I gone with the first quote. This time I did and I am delighted.

I have been using Atlas Care since 1997. They are very knowledgeable. They show up on time. Dag gave me the information on this site and I appreciate it. Steve, in the office is very helpful if there are any questions regarding billing. I will continue to use them on a regular basis and I do recommend them. The girls who answer the phones and work in the office are always friendly and helpful.

Randy was here - he was polite and seemed to do his work in a professional manner. Our furnace and air conditioner has been working perfectly since Atlas Care has been taking care of it.

Have been an AtlasCare customer for 11 years. They installed new furnace, AC, humidifier, filter in our former Oakville home, and maintained for 10 years. Have recently replaced HRV, tankless hotwater, humidifier, HRV, filter in our new home in Toronto. Duct cleaning in both homes. Installation in our new home was done very well - they crammed a lot of gear into a very small space, neatly and effectively. My only complaint is with the tankless hot water heater - it takes a long time (several minutes) for hot water to reach the upstairs shower and sink... this may be function of tankless systems (and possibly thee are solutions such as continuous recirculation that were not available to me given this was a retrofit into an existign home). Overall AtlasCare has always provided courteous, reliable, & knowledgable staff. No hesitation to highly recommend them for systems install or maintenance.

Reliable and timely service. Eric was very courteous and efficient.He gave me good advice on the use of furnace filters during a period when my street is under heavy construction and dust is a huge problem.

I started with Atlas 43 years ago. At first, they serviced an ancient, water-cooled air conditioner. Then for eleven years, they looked after me with a heat pump. Then they said heat pumps are not efficient in our climate, and moved me to high efficiency in both heating and cooling. Their servicemen have always been polite, knowledgable, and efficient. This year it is "Eric" who is all of the above. With such good maintenance, I have hardly ever needed to call for emergency service. I highly recommend AtlasAir!

After moving into our home, we needed to find a reasonable and a reliable HVAC company to service our system annually. Our neighbors referred Atlas Care to us. We are now into our 3rd year with him. Each technician has been highly knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and competent. Our latest service by Nimo and Brad was what we expected: A+ Their pricing for their services and parts are also highly competitive. We would definitely recommend them!

We have used Atlas Care for many years. I meet Jeff at my in-laws and was very impressed with his professionalism. Since then, we have requested for Jeff to be our key contact. He is punctual, efficient, polite and takes the time to explain mainetnace and equipment options. The few times we have needed inmediate assistance with the equipment, Atlas has been able to book us withing 24 hrs. When any of our neighbours have asked for reconmendations for Furnace or A/C companies, we have always given Atlas name confidently.

Your rep. ERIC appeared efficient, knowledgable, clean and neat.....a pleasure to deal with in my home. He left me an official "homestars" form which I am un able to bring up on my PC!
