An AtlasCare service person, Dag Rummeda, came by my home yesterday (Saturday, June 9th) and serviced my gas fireplace. He arrived early because of a cancellation. He was thorough and professional. He gave a great deal of information about my gas fireplace. I was very impressed with him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him in the future.

Called Atlascare early this morning to schedule our Advantage Plan tune-up and a thermostat repair. Service technician Nimo arrived just after 3pm. He was very polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He installed a replacement Atlascare thermostat that had been provided but not previously installed with our furnace. After installation with the furnace now operable he proceeded to do a thorough inspection and cleaning of the furnance including replacement of the air filter. Since it was raining at times when he had to retrieve items from his truck, he was very attentive to wearing his shoe coverings indoors to keep our floors clean and dry. Atlascare and its service department should be very proud to have this young man as one of their technicians.

The service was excellent. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who needs service. Ardi (429) and Haris (431) were very professional and helpful. They cleaned up and suggersted we go on the Protection plan and we will look into this suggestion. We were very pleased with the servive. Thank You

I live in an older Stone Home, whch already had SpacePak installed 20 years ago. However, the condensor and the unit needed replacing, but the internal ducting was fine. Atlas Care, took away the old units, and installed the new units. They worked from 8.00 in the morning until almost 8.00pm One of the guys was outside in tornado type weather, with winds and lashing rain. They had a great attitude, were respectful of my house and furnishings, and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them, and would use them again

Nimo, our service rep, was very personable and helpful. We were happy that our furnace and A/C were both okay. My only concern was the cost - I was under the impression that it would be a 2 hour service call, but it ended up being only about 1 hour. I felt that because the furnace and A/C were checked at the same time there should have been some sort-of discount.

Because of renovations, our heating and ventilation system combines old and new duct work and is therefore complicated. For this reason, in addition to servicing the furnace and air conditioning hardware each season, we require someone expert to adjust the flow of air to each room. Each year Jeff comes (because we insist on Jeff and tell Atlas we will wait until he is available). Simply put, he is fabulous. Thoroughly understands our complex system, comes on time, professional, expert, trustworthy, terrific troubleshooter, patient and courteous. Always gets our system running efficiently, something previous (non-Atlas) personnel were unable to do. Many thanks.

The technician Jaz truly went above and beyond today. Our problem was not easily resolved and he went out of his way to find a solution and have us up and running the same day instead of having to come back out after the weekend.

We have always been satisfied with our service . on the long weekend we had a service call that was prompt and the technician was polite and efficient. Booked another technician to come out on Wednesday. Called last minute on Wed. spoke to Jasmine , she cancelled appt for me I explained that my husband and I were off to hospital .. called the next day, she remembered me, asked how he was and moved mountains to have someone in for Thursday between 2-4pm. At 4 pm. recieved a call from Atlas to explain that Tech had run into snag with previous client. Rebooked 6-8 same night. Nimo showed up shortly after 6 and FIXED IT. Not only was he successful in restoring our A/C but didn't charge us for the misdiagnosis. You have two stars in your staff. Thank you Jasmine and Nimo. A potentially frustrating and upsetting situation was made right. You should be proud of them.

They call to make an appointment, reconfirm several days prior and then they actually turn up on time! Eric C. the technician was pleasaant, knowlegable and professional in demeaour and sevices provided. Would recmond this company to anyone looking for heating/air conditioning sales and service.

Atlascare sent out their technician, Brandon Oliveira, to tune up my air conditioner and check the furnace. Brandon was friendly, job oriented, and efficient and explained to me what work he had done and his assessment. I was very pleased, Atlascare is a very good company.
