Atlas Care - and in particular Gus - took care of a gas leak in a very professional manner - it was a frightening situation and they calmed my fears and fixed everything perfectly. I also use the company for my regular heating and cooling appliances and they respond quickly and efficiently especially Ray who usually is the person who comes to my home. Many thanks to all of the servicemen and I must comment on the ladies who answer the phones - on the worst, cold and miserable days,these ladies greet you with warm and cheery voices...................................................................Marilyn Raphael

The technician who came to my house was Eric. He was very polite and courteous which is a rare thing these days. He was very thorough in his work. I was very pleased with everything he did.

We have been dealing with AtlasCare for our HVAC needs for 15 years now. We are loyal customers because they have consistently provided excellent service - on both equipment or technical and customer service related issues. We believe that their technicians are their best salesmen, and were reminded again of that today when Eric C. came in today for our A/C maintenance tune-up. All was well with our mostly Atlas installed equipment, but he suggests that we buy a $5 can of rustproofing paint to use on the outdoor gas connection to prevent further rust corrosion and costly repairs in the future. I appreciate the simple yet useful tip. I also want to thank all the other Atlas technicians/installers that I've had the pleasure to deal with for all these years at 2 locations (Oakville & Toronto): Jeff H., Casey, Gurmeet, John Hart, Ricardo,...

I had my air conditioner serviced and was once again very pleased with the service I received. Dag, the serviceman, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He is an asset to his company.

Again, yet another fantastic, and well mannered employee. Eric, was just excellent, and quite knowledgeable . He answered all my questions, addressed my concerns about my air conditioning unit. Atlas is a tremendous company. From when they installed a brand new boiler for us when it was -20C outside to the ongoing service Jeff and his team provide - outstanding!!

Eric from Atlas performed the annual maintenance on our A/C today. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He explained what he'd done and the overall condition of A/C and took time to review the setup of the thermostat. This is our 2nd positive experience with Atlas - we had our furnace replaced 1 month ago and also had a very positive experience with a very professional installation. I definitely recommend Atlas - likely not the cheapest option but the service is excellent and the work very professional.

Today Eric a member of the Atlascare team viisted my home to service my air conditioner. He arrived on time, was very professional and conducted a detailed inspection of my air conditioner. Eric used slippers to enter my home and was very careful with his tool bag when entering and exiting my home so so he wouldn't scratch my walls. All in all a great service job by Eric!!

Eric arrived at the time he committed to and was very thorough in testing of our A/C. He took the time to explain what he had done, provided some tips for using the system and was very professional in his approach. He also took a few mins so answer some questions about a gas fireplace that we have.
