Eric C. is a personable, polite and mannerly young man who explained everything he did and the results of tests. He arrived on time, answerted my questions and went about his work commendably.

Erik did a great job and resolved all problems, including some related to a "less than perfect" original installation. (Not done by Atlas) Note: I had recommended my son for the free furnace service offered by Atlas in their new Streetsville townhouse. Atlas care should contact them "soon" since they need a Central Air conditioner, new thermostat, and humidifier.

Eric arrived on time and ensured my system was ready for the summer. He even noticed a potential problem with the gas piping outside the house, which was over and above his required work. Thanks for the heads up.

Excellent service from AtlasCare from start to end. Hassle free from time I inquired for quote all the way down when the job was done by Ardi and Brandon. No one tried to up sell me on anything, which is rarely seen these days. Brandon called twice to confirm time of arrival and guys showed up earlier then scheduled. Ardi, (one of two technicians doing the job) checked dryer vent even though it was not part of the deal. He did not try to sell the vent cleaning service, actually mentioning it was fairly clean. It was really nice to see that someone does actually care. I also want to emphasize equipment quality these guys are using. Top notch. Great job and great service. I would strongly recommend them, and I have found HVAC company for my home when time comes to replace my furnace and AC unit.

The service technicians were very respectful of our home and made sure that they did not damage anything. They did get to the appointment about half an hour late, but luckily I was still home to greet them.

Ive been an Atlas customer for approx 10 years, I've had yearly service, installations, duct cleaning and after hours service. I have yet to be dissatisfied with any element of their service. Young service technician ( ERIC C.) arrived right on time, very pleasant and knowledgable. Technician explained details of what tests etc. he was carrying out and purpose of tests. During inspection and tests ERIC C. went out of his way to act professional and was a pleasure to have in the house. I would give Eric C. a 10 out of 10. Jaz, an Atlas Care service technician, was dispatched on short notice to repair the system at the end of the day. He was friendly, thorough, obviously very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem very quickly and made the necessary repairs all in about 30 minutes. When finished, he carefully reviewed what had been wrong and what he had done and offered to reprogram the system thermostat for us. I said I would do it but was most appreceiative of his overall attitude, professionalism and commitment to quailty. We have used Atlas Care for more than 25 years and people like Jaz are the reason why>

I have been a homeowner for almost 40 years and I have never come across a service company with employees as professional as Atlas Care has. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and thoughtful. I have dealt with at least 18 employees at various times and, to a man, they are a joy to have looking after my needs. I would recommend this company to anyone. I do not do this as a rule.
