Ducts have never been cleaned (35 years) so very dusty. The service workers from AtlasCare did a great job of cleaning the ducts and explaining what they were going to do. They wore shoe covers and vacuumed up after themselves. Very friendly and prompt--great service!

Jaz was on time and friendly. He covered his boots each time he enterd the house from outside. Jaz made appropriae recommnedations about the remote start on our firepalce and recommended that our air duct be cleaned. A job well done!

Very professional service, punctual, respectful and careful with my property. Left everything neat and clean, gave me useful explanations of the job he had done as well as recommendations. The operator helped me via email to find a very soon date for the visit. I highly recommend this company if you need duct cleaning.

I recently had my Ducts cleaned by AtlasCare. From the start of my initial call to have an appointment setup I was very pleased. They took into account my very busy schedule and made me feel like it wasn't a problem. The day came and Branden and Ardi where sitting in my driveway 20mins early waiting for me to get home. They where on time and ready to go. They took their time and explained everything. Went out to the truck and pulled out these foam carpets and made sure it covered wherever the hoses where being used, even right down to making sure my baseboards where covered. The job took just under 2 hours. The boys where extremely friendly and when I had concerns stopped whatever they where doing to explain and make sure it was going smoothly. They where upfront and honest, it made me feel relaxed and at ease knowing the job was getting done properly. Hats off to you boys. Thanks so much and the next time I need it done I'm 100% calling and requesting the two of you.

I have recently moved to Ontario, but I am glad to find AtlasCare for the service of the home heating and cooling system. I felt confident with servicemen Jaz, he very quickly knew the problem with VanEE system and offered the most ecnomical solution. I will grade him 10/10.

8 months ago, Atlas replaced a DC motor on furnace, and since then, there has been a whistle noise at Continuous speed, and Low Heat which was scretching at times and audible 2 floors away, in the night. About 8 service calls later, 2 replacement motors (not the problem), and a new circuit board, and the problem continured until today, 7 months later. Great service on a non standard problem. Excellent team of technicians and Service Leaders. They all tried and never gave me hastle over my continued requests for service. Peter came today, and took a very analytical view of the problems, and 1. Found the AC had not been correctly wired to the new board 2. took each fan speed noise problem - one at a time - and tested what changes in the fan settings would make to each fan speed level - AND today (and hopefully for ever) we have no whistle noise anywhere in our house - nowhere. Congratulations to Atlas Air for not giving up. Thanks N Black

York Electronic Cleaner not working. I called Atlas as they are a York dealer. Service technician friendly, diagnosed problem very quickly and recommended solution. Only disappointement is they cannot supply York filters despite supplying York systems. I don't know if this is a York problem or an Atlas problem.

My technician was Dag and he was excellent as always. Very professional and always on time. He even checked over my carbon dioxide detectors which happened to need replacing. Excellent service, competitive pricing. Exactly what you want in an HVAC compamy

AtlasCare addressed this challenging problem with thoroughness and professionalism, whereas a previous "clean air ducts 'company'" responding to my initial request re the dryer (a fire hazard) had cleaned the ducts, charged me $400, and left without addressing the original problem. I'm so pleased to have this serious problem solved, and to have professionals such as Ardi and Brandon who proved knowledgeable, polite and diligent, taking care of my home.
