I was very happy with service that was provided by Nimo the technician that was sent to do the work. Along with doing a fantastic job he solved a problem that I had with the remote. With his knowledge of fireplaces he was able to move one device from upstairs and place it in the 2nd fireplace allowing the remote to work there, which is where I needed it. I will continue to use Atlascare.

Have been with Atlas Air for about 15 years. Have their annual service plan. We had to install a new air conditioner about 4 years ago and they were there quickly and did the job within 2 days of request. Cean, neat and great service. Found a need for the new furnace and an bi-annual check and agian they were there within 2 days durikng winter when we needed heat. Agian quick, clean and neat job.

We called the office in the morning and a technician came out by the end of the day. Nimo was polite, courteous and very knoweldgeable. He was quick to diagnose the problem, showed me the part that was damaged and explained why it stopped workiing. Before installing the new part he opened the box so I could see that it was indeed new. He installed the new part and as quick as that we had heat again. I would not hesitate to contact AtlasCare again and or recommend them to someone else. Thank you!

Service Technician, Nimo arrived on time, was friendly and cheerful. I have never seen my gas fireplace so clean, it just sparkles. We have had other technician in the past clean, repair etc. from other companies in the past, they did not do as thorough a job as Nimo did. When I asked him questions about how and why he explained exactly how and why. The cleaning and service of our furnace was also very thorough. There were parts cleaned I did not know required maintenance - something we were not told by the firm who originally installed the furnace for us. This is our second winter season with AtlasCare. Next home we buy, if a new HVAC system is required we will have them install, and of course maintain. Their service and technicians are great!!

Atlas care offers an excellent preventative maintenance program. They efficiently set up appointments and are always punctual. Their representatives, today is was Nino, always do a great job explaining how the system works and will patiently answer all questions. I highly recommend this program for complete peace of mind on your HVAC system.

We replaced our furnace this past summer and have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Atlas. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The technicians are always giving helpful hints and are confident in their trade.

Sincere thanks to Brandon & Kyle on a fantastic job. This was the first time we had our ducts cleaned and they did an excellent job. Both were on time, courteous and took the time to explain the various steps of the process. Booties were on when inside the house, and they cleaned-up as they worked. They were both obviously very skilled in their jobs, and took great pride in their work. It makes a world of difference to deal with professionals who not only know what they're doing, but enjoy their work and deliver great customer service. Atlas was recommended to me by other family members who use their services, and I highly recommend them as well.

Our furnace didn't pass inspection (it was 'red-tagged') and the new furnace price out old heating company gave us was astronomical so we called AtlasCare for an estimate. Not only were they quick to respond with a much better price; they were courteous; explained everything we needed to know (about a new furnace AND what went wrong with our old furnace)...even our two dogs loved their representative. It was well worth the cost

AtlasCare technicians Ardi and Brandon were professional, knowledgable, made the necessary modifications to the system to ensure safe and efficient dryer fuction. Incredible to find a company that cleaned and repaired. I'm very impressed.

Yesterday morning when I noticed a message on my wall thermostat the battery was low, I changed to new batteries. The screen then went blank & I had no heat. It was a warm day so not panic. Following my call to Atlas Care & describing the issue I had with the heat/AC thermostat, a technician was assigned & an ETA was given to me. They arrived during the scheduled time period & diagnosed the problem. The thermostat was defective & was replaced under warranty. Nimo was very pleasant, efficient & knowledgeable.
