We moved into a 100 year old house in early August. We had a week between closing and move in date and needed the 20 year old HVAC system completely replaced. I had 5 quotes done and while AtlasCare was not the cheapest, the pricing was in-line and the detailed attention and care Gus provided was unsurpassed by anybody else. I knew from the first conversation with Gus that this was the company I wanted to deal with. We had a very old house with a 20 year old furnace, 2 air conditioning systems and 2 water tanks to be replaced. The team from AtlasCare did an unbelievable job with installation. I knew it was a very big and complicated job and we needed someone who would commit to getting the job done properly and would not cut corners. They were courteous, spotless and worked diligently to complete the job. We had a lot of unexpected issues and complications throughout the week-long installation because the house was old and they did a great job of communicating and fulfilling their commitment to getting the job done right and on-time. They sent in extra crew when needed, made changes that were necessary and went above and beyond in all respects. In addition to the original work performed, they found problems with our gas line and ended up fixing the bbq and stove lines and also fixed the dryer vent. Honestly, of all the contractors we have had working on our house, these guys were exceptional. Gus was an excellent communicator and the whole team was unbelievably professional. I would not hesitate to recommend AtlasCare to anybody needing HVAC work done and cannot thank them enough.

My furnace was blowing cool air. I phoned AtlasCare and left a message and they called be back before 9:00am the following morning and came to my house to service my furnace that afternoon. The man who arrived was prompt, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood. He did not try to upsell me. I would call AtlasCare again should my furnace require maintenance again.

Atlascare was a great experience from beginning to end. Gus K arrived promptly to give me a quote to replace our 21 year old furnace. I was happy to hear I would receive a 7% discount since a friend referred me to the company. I was also happy to have the furnace installed 3 days later. The team of Chris and David were great. They worked hard until the job was completed. They respected our home with mats put down on the floor so nothing was damaged in the process. They left our home clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I called Attlas for serice on our gas fireplace that had problems with the pilot light and going to high flame. Service technician "NIMO" came to our home for the service call. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable and worked above and beyond what would normally be expectd to service our pilot valve. I cannot say enough good things about Nimo. As a home owner, I find this forum an extremely valuable tool to help me make informed choices. Far too often, I have gotten the short end of the stick, having fallen for suave and sophisticated sales pitches only to find myself a victim of shoddy practices and inferior workmanship. To make this short and sweet, servicing people is a craft. Providing the customer with efficient, prompt, courteous and professional care should be the cornerstone of any reputable business. I have had AtlasCare maintain my equipment for almost twenty years. They have serviced, repaired and replaced my heating and air conditioning units and they have done so having surpassed all of my lofty expectations. I only wish I could say the same for some of the other so-called professionals with whom I have dealt.

From sales to installation this went off without a hitch. Government rebates prompted me to look into replacing our aging air conditioner and I contacted AtlasCare for information. I was put in touch with Fraser in sales who arranged to see me the following day and had a quote to me that evening. He provided me with the necessary information to make the choice that was right for my needs. Installation was scheduled at my convenience and Nick and Eric were efficient, neat and polite when working in and around my home. I even got an early morning call advising that traffic was delaying them, a constant Toronto problem. This was a nice touch. I recommend AtlasCare without hesitation.

I was certainly impressed with atlas as compared to three other competitors when i was getting quotes. Gus in particular was as professionalism upfront and sincere as a salesperson when answering all my questions going over and above the general salesmanship or lack of you experience in the hvac industry. Highly highly recomended . As for neil one of the younger installers he was also a pleasure to talk to answered all my questions and explained to me what he was going to install. Gus was so professional to come to my home to recitify a small issue of my opinion to make sure i was totally satisied. Highly recommended. One talk with gus and you will see. Professional company

This afternoon we had a most remarkable service man come to work on our fireplace, Nimo Mansouri. His expertise in identifying and rectifying our problem with the fireplace was only surpassed by his obvious strong worth ethic and professionalism. In this day and age seldom have I had such a conscientious service person in my home. From arriving promptly on time, to consistently checking his work for safety, and to meticulously cleaning up after the job , he was a pleasure to have in our home. This young man is a credit to his company . We will definitely be calling on AtlasCare in the future for any other work we may need and will be recommending this company to our friends as well.

I had been putting off this chore as yet another pesky thing on my infamous 'to do' list - but after having the service actually performed, I have no idea what I was waiting for! The service was handled in an extremely professional manner by the Sales Professional, Jeff Maund, and was scheduled at a time that was both quick & convenient. (I figured I would have had to wait for a few weeks!) Once Nimo, the Service Professional, arrived at my home, he was polite, professional and courteous - even taking the time to explain the condition of the furnace, what he was doing, etc. All in all, I had an extremely positive experience dealing with AtlasCare and their team and I have already recommended their services to other people within my network and online community.
