I have been an Atlas Care customer for over 30 years at our 3 different homes. From the first visit so many years ago we were completely impressed with their overall professionalism. I believe they may have been the first company to institute the "bootie" approach for which I am very grateful (especially on wet days) Their technicians are courteous, punctual and always take time to explain what they are doing and what we should do as follow-up. The dispatchers try, as much as possible, to send the same technician each visit or will inform you of the technician's name, should there be a change...very important in these days. This visit I had a technician new to my area and Nimo continued the Atlas tradition of excellence. My daughter and son are now Atlas customers at their homes.

Our vents hadn't been cleaned for 15 years and dryer ducts longer. I hadn't thought about the importance of this but when I saw what was removed I became convinced they need to be done regularly. I selected AtlasCare from a Google search and was glad I did. The work was done efficiently and effectively by two people who were professional, knew their job, and ensured it was completed to my, and their, satisfaction. I can certainly recommend them and will be seeing them again in about 2 years (no more 10-15 year wait, the build up of lint and dust is too dangerous and unhealthy).

We have had AtlasCare servicing our home HVAC systems for the past 3 years and we continue to be very satisfied with their service. What impresses me about AtlasCare is when they say they will arrive they arrive. When they come into your home they always put on shoe covers. Our service tech Ray Buckley is friendly, thoughtful and respectful our home. He remembers what he did at the prior tune up (you don't have to show him prior work orders). He makes proactive recommendations on how to optimize our system. I have recommended Ray/AtlasCare to my friends and they have had the same experience.

I decided to try AtlasCare after being disappointed in my Furnace maintenance provider. I was paying $50 month after month for years and didn't really feel like I was getting my money's worth. So I finally decided to try someone else. I just had my first visit and I was blown away by the service. What a difference! Very professional, informative, personable, thorough, knowledgeable.....Top Notch. AND, the issue I had was because my previous Furnace maintenance company for all those years didn't do proper maintenance (and they were just here!). I KNEW IT!!! The tech, Nimo was his name, was all over it. Fixed it and took the time to do the maintenance that was neglected for all those years. Oh, and he gladly came at 11PM all the way from the Hamilton area! So, needless to say, I signed up with them and I am very happy I did. I can tell that I will have excellent service for years to come. I highly recommend them. These guys care!

Ardi and Brandon came to clean my ducts and did a very professional job. They made specific recommendations to help improve my electrical bills and did a great job cleaning the ducts. Very efficient and pleasan.t

We were very impression with the sale person Jeff Maund's presentations and decided to go with Atlas after seeing several others contractor. The installation crew were very friendly and professional. We had a minor electrical problem we thought it was related to the installation. Jeff made the arrangement to had a tech come over on a Saturday afternoon and turns out the problem wasn't related to the furnace at all and the service tech was very friendly and no charge at all. Hopefully, I wont need to replace the AC and the heating unit in the near future, but I will definitely will recommend Atlas to anyone without any hesitation.

There had been a large amount of dust in our house. Altas Care (Ardi & Brandon) came in and cleaned the ducts. They were filthy. Atlas Care did a professional job and cleaned up thoroughly after. Very satisfied.

Atlas was one of several quotes we got for our furnace and ac replacement. Jeff arrived on time and gave us a quote that involved taking detailed measurements and inspecting our existing ducts and equipment. He was knowledgeable and patiently addressed all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. He was also able to work with us on meeting our overall budget with the understanding that Atlas prides itself on top notch service and installation and with it comes a higher price tag. It took them just a few days to get a crew to our house. 3 guys, Chris, Mike and Dave worked for about 7 hours straight installing, fitting and testing the new furnace and ac. They worked professionally taking care of every detail and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We feel that we made the right choice and would recommend Atlascare to others.

AtlasCare did a thorough examination of our entire home, measured every room, examined the duct work, furniture placement, everything. They were clear and professional, and we are very happy with our new furnace. Who thought an old home like ours, built in1909, could be so comfortable! They were only slightly more expensive than the next lower bid but on balance we think they were worth every penny.

Very professional and thorough. He took me through exactly what he was doing so I understood what I was paying for. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.
