Jeff from AtlasCare just finished repairing our 12 year old Carrier Air Conditioning Unit. He replaced a faulty capacitor and inspected the system operation thoroughly. He even checked the condition of supplemental equipment like the furnace and condensate pump. He was friendly, knoweldgable and efficient. I highly recommend Jeff from AtlasCare.

I had my air conditioner break down late one evening and Randy S. from Atlas Care showed up within the hour for service. Randy solved the problem efficiently and honestly. He has excellent work integrity and was extremely professional, fair and knowledgeable about his work. Great company, I just saved a lot of money because of their service warrant. They more then honoured their end. The technician Paul was knowledgeable and helpful. Came on a Saturday night and fixed everything, NO COST!!!!!!!!

The technician, Randy Sorrell, was very helpful and pleasant. He completed the work efficiently and explained the process well. I was very pleased with the service. He explained the various service and costs and answered all my questions.

I recently submitted a review on Atlas Air regarding the service we received concerning replacement of an A-coil just out of warranty. To conclude Mr Dick Thomas from Atlas Air has kindly and courteously resolved the issues for us and we are now happy to continue using them for our maintenance contracts.

The air conditioner in one of the condo corps townhouse units stopped working. It was sweltering inside. Called Atlas Care at 9:30 am and a tech called me back within 1/2 hour and was on site in 2.5 hours on a Sunday. He worked hard on the old unit, and the compressor was shot and the bearings bad. Bottom line, a new compressor is approx $1500.00 and a whole new unit is approx $3,000. The service man was great, and the Property Manager was on site as well, and we were all happy with how the call was handled. A salesman who was in the hamilton area called and although he was not on duty, and we need a a/c in here almost immediately, he stopped his day, and had his wife wait in the car until he could assess the situation. We will have our quote by tomorrow morning. Really this is such excellent service, it doesn't even sound real, but it is!!! 10 out of 10 for sure.

We have dealt with AtlasCare for at least 20 years. The technicians are always polite and knowledgeable. It is easy to make an appointment at one's convenience. We have bought a furnace and an airconditioner from them and both work well. I would recommend the company to anyone.
