We have been a customer with AtlasCare for about 8 years. Over the years we have found the service to be top notcch and the technicians very knowledgeable, and professional. We recently had problems with our air conditioner and the service was exceptional - thank you Nimo.

Our 25 year old Carrier stopped to cool at night. Next mornig I called AtlasCare and the master arrived exactly at beginning of the time slot. He found that problem was in broken starter, replaced it and spared us from immediate shopping for new conditioner

When my a/c broke down on the HOTTEST day recorded in Toronto history I assumed I would have to suffer - BUT - AtlasCare had a technican out within 3 hours. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable - he fixed the problem, balanced my airflow, and my house is cool again!! AMAZING service, I was blown away by the fact that they could assist on a day when most of Toronto was probably calling in for service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Atlas came right on time the AC person first in the morning - was very helpful - explained that the unit we had was in good shape - replaced one part and finished quick. Duct Cleaning came in the afternoon - great job ducts look perfect.

Found them to be unprofessional. they chopped up my hardwood floors pretty bad trying to cut holes for the cold air return. Seems their crew hasn't mastered the art of using a saws-all. they did not even offer to make it right. Also the new furnace warranty is a sham, it is nothing more than a service agreement that you have to pay for.

I needed new thermostats in my house and I have a number of diferent units that heat and cool the place due a major removation. Atlascare responded quickly to my questions and laid out my options clearly. They came and installed them right away and arrived when they said they would! The installer was very polite and professional and took the time to show me how they worked and didn't leave any mess or garbage behind. All in all, a very good experience.

My ac broke down and I needed it fixed. I called Atlas Care and Randy from the service division came out and did a great job repairing it. Very professional and knowledgable.

We needed to replace an old system. We researched and got quotes personally from three other HIGH END companies in the city. ATLAS CARE proved to be the BEST CHOICE. Initially we met with Gus K who was knowledgeable, courteous, and dillegent. He also helped us with a time sensitive problem. He proved to be a wonderful representative/front man for ATLAS CARE. Once the contract was signed, we were further impressed by the ATLAS CARE Installation Team of Gary ,Mark and John. All these gentlemen have an extremely good sense of work ethic. ATLAS CARE gave us: 1. a competitive price 2. complete knowledge of the product and installation 3. respect for our own home through their cleanliness and expertise in getting the project complete from initial introduction through to installation.

My furnace DIED on the hottest day of the year! Michael Grochmal and Jeff Maun came out to my house AFTER HOURS to comprehensively assess the situation and give our family the best possible advice. We ended up turning in our mid-efficiently junky furnace, which was too big for the house to begin with, for a high efficiency furnace that was installed in a matter of a couple of days. The service installers were incredible, leaving no mess, and the customer care was beyond exceptional. AtlasCare also took care of my furnace ventilation and humidifier on the same day! DO NOT waste your time looking around to find the "cheapest" or "best" deals. AtlasCare will ALWAYS give you 110% (we've also purchased an air conditioner for our current home and a furnace for our old home from this company) and what's more, they are always honest and always caring. Honest, hardworking companies who actually care about their customers DO exist and AtlasCare is most certainly one of them.

Fraser, specifically has gone over and above the call of duty to help me out on homes that I am selling that have issues or that have had inspections where questions and concerns have come up.
