On November 30th, 1974, Atlas Air Conditioning Company(as it was called then) installed our air conditioning system, which is still functioning today. Atlas also installed a new furnace in our home in Nov. 1998. Also performed a duct cleaning in 2010. Since 1974, we have had excellent service and great service technicians, most notably Vic, Rick, and most recently, Nimo. Nimo who has been to our home on two occasions is prompt, efficient, polite, and has no trouble dealing with questions that a couple of senior citizens may have. He is a cut above many technicians or service personnel from other companies, who have done work for us in other areas. We have come to expect the best from Atlas, and to date, we have received it.

I stayed with this company for at least 12 years servicing my furnace and A/C unit with parts and labor covered. This company is fast responding to any problems, very professional with experienced and licensed technicians. Recent service was done this week by employee name Nimo. He did the job with no unnecessary rush; with very detailed checkup going over the whole system to make sure it is running 100% efficient and safe. Besides he also helped me to find problem with water dripping into my service room where furnace is installed. It was fixed in 5 minutes saving me a lot of trouble finding plumber and paying extra for service. Which company these days will do such service for you? I have already recommended this company and their service long time ago to my close friends, neighbors and family. All of them never regretted it that decision. Tom P. Mississauga

AltasCare service was excellent from the start with Gus who walked us through the process and gave us the low down on the system. His insights were very valuable and helpful making the decision. We were getting quotes from 2 other companies that just didn't make the grade for equipment, installation and after care service. The installation was as stellar as Gus said it would be with Mark, Nick, and Eric. They were informative, honest and respectful. They worked very efficiently and diligently. We are very happy with the results and that we chose to go with AtlasCare.

I called AtlasCare to have my gas line installed for my BBQ. They we fast, knowledgable and very polite. They charged me a fair rate and I was pleased. I will call them again in the future.

Since 1998,Atlas Care has serviced my air conditioning and heating equipment. Jeff Horton has come twice a year, and provided first class service and advice. On his recommendation we installed a two-speed, high efficiency furnace, and are about to replace our air conditioning system. He is indeed a Healthy - Home Specialist you can have complete cofidence in. The reason I will not recommend Atlas Care to my grandmother is that she died in 1946!

I am completely satisfied with Atlas Care. From the initial consultation with Jeff Maund to the date of installation, the entire experience was just as it should be. The team was friendly, professional and punctual. The price was very competitive. The equipment did not disappoint. Well done!

We purchased a house recently and needed a new A/C. We contacted 3 companies but Atlas was the only one that could send out a sales rep the next day. We dealt with Fraser. He was very informative and told us we could have a new unit installed within 3 days...sooner than the others could send someone out to tell us what we needed. Fraser gave me a quote so I called around to get an idea of what other companies would charge and found the prices to be pretty much the same. We went with Atlas and as promised we had the unit installed 3 days later. Fraser left us his card and I have recommended him to a few friends. One in particular was away for the winter and came home to a furnace not working. I gave her Frasers number and he went there that same night. The unit was old but Fraser recommended to just replace the motor and not the whole unit as she is selling the house in the fall. She was delighted. Its nice to know service and honesty still exists. Being an insurance contractor with over 30 years of service, I only trust the best of the trades and have found Atlas Care to be Number 1 in the heating and cooling business. The staff is experienced and trained to deal with all situations in regards to your heating and cooling needs. The service department is excellent and takes care of all service requirements including the after hour service calls. Paul Sands

Last fall we had a malfunction with our blower motor with our furnace. This part had been replaced previously. The furnace would not start and it was fall and the house was getting cold. I spoke with a contact with AtlasCare (Mr. Hillis) and he arranged for a repair person to go to the house and fix the problem. I was very impressed with the immediate action that occured, particularly when my parents were at the house and very uncomfortable with our increasingly colder house due to our malfunctioning furnace.

AtlasCare kept our old air conditioner going for as long as it was feasible and economical!. Finally on their advice and large hydro bills, we had to buy a new air conditioner. Fraser Hillis came to the house, spent much time reviewing our options and we decided on our purchase. The price was very good compared to other appraisals, the service was excellent as the workers were in and out in a timely fashion at the exact predetermined time and day. The crew cleaned up so it was hard to know they had even been there. Follow up service has been excellent as well. I would recommend Altascare highly.
