After our furnace failed, we went on a search and found AtlasCare. Very professional at every level. I'm an Engineer and I know quality work when I see it. The installation was smooth, they respected my house and the units are working perfectly.

After building a home that ran well over the projected timeline, we called AtlasCare to come clean our ducts. They were on time, clean and even wore protective shoe covers in our unfinished basement to minimize additional dirt/dust.

Fraser & the techs did a fantastic job from start to finish. Great consultation on my needs, proper unit for the job, competitive pricing and the techs were right on time. Excellent explaination of work to be done and how long it would take. Very professional. Would highly recommend again!

All three service personeel were extremly effective, always being very polite and considerate. The furnace was well serviced and for the dryer inspection, the servicepman went above and beyond adding brackets for the gas pipe to the wall, and fixing the dryer vent. The duct cleaners were very careful not to damage anything where they worked, covering all areas where their hoses were laid. They di da fantastic clean up afterwards and put everything back where they found it. Tahnsk to all three of them for extremely well done jobs.

In February of this year my boiler broke down and my existing HVAC contractor was unable to get it satisfactorially repaired. I had requested a quote for a replacement unit, but they didn't get around to providing it. On the advice of a neighbour, I called AtlasCare and received a written quotation for a replacement boiler the next day. Within one week, the old boiler was removed and the new unit installed. Unlike my previous contractor, these people were on time, polite, professional and they got the job done. Thank you for your prompt professional service.

The fact that we have never had to call Atlas for bad news during a cold spell is reasonable evidence to us that their maintenance work is appropirate in scope and effective in application. Essentially, they know what they are doing.

AtlasCare is great! I had the ducts cleaned in my home this past month...they currently have a Spring deal on...and the customer service and quality of work provided was excellent. Someone called to confirm my scheduled appointment the day prior, the guys showed up on time and they were both very polite, efficient and more than willing to answer any questions I had. They both took care to wear booties over their shoes and lay carpets where needed to protect my floors but what was most impressive was the way in which they left my house. They vacuumed and cleaned up afterwords, leaving it smelling great and tidier than when they arrived. I would highly recommend using them if you're thinking of getting your ducts cleaned!

My wife and I awoke a few mornings ago to find our furnace refusing to start (it had been off for a few days due to a mild spell). Upon calling AtlasCare I was greeted by a cheerful individual who, after guiding me through a couple of "checks" on the furnace, informed me that they could have a service person out to our house within a couple of hours. It is worth noting that the service window they offered was only two hours - not the six-plus hours service window I'm accustomed to from many other service companies! Sure enough, after only an hour or so into the service window the doorbell rang and a cheerful fellow named Chris was at the door. With no prompting whatsoever, Chris put on a pair of boot covers to protect our floors and went right to work diagnosing the problem. As it turned out, we simply had a severely dirty sensor that was throwing the rest of the system out of whack - a problem that took all of two minutes to rectify. Due to the relatively trivial nature to both the problem and the solution, and the fact that the invoice for diagnosing the problem was similar to that of a yearly system check-up , Chris offered to perform a full check-up and cleaning on our furnace unit! I was stunned. Many other service companies I've dealt with would have been content to simply wipe the sensor clean and walk out the door with the diagnosis fee in hand! It should be noted that Chris also gladly handled my barrage of a thousand questions and requests for furnace-related advice with aplomb. Friendly, Professional, Efficient and Knowledgeable! WAY TO GO CHRIS, AND WAY TO GO ATLASCARE! It is without question that I will always call AtlasCare first for all my home's climate care needs!

Our furnace stopped working on a Friday night. After calling several different furnace repair companies, I came across AtlasCare. They were the only company that could come that evening, which was very important to us as the house was cold and we have a young baby. AtlasCare promised to send someone over within 2 hours. Our technician, Chris, was friendly, knowledgeable and had the furnace up and running quickly, while educating us on the issue. Great work!!!
