    hot water tank

    Called Atlas when my Hotwater tank was leaking. They were on-site an hour later. Anthony was honest and quick with a solution. Thanks for the help.

    Plumbing repair

    Kavi Dayal came on time, fixed the kitchen tap without having to replace it, and charged us half the normal service charge. I received an email from AtlasCare with his name and photo just before he arrived. He was friendly, polite, and efficient.

    Regular furnace maintenance

    I have been using Atlas for more than 15 years. Professional, reliable. I bought this furnace from them as well.

    Basement plumbing

    We decided to rent out our basement after several years of being empty and install a new shower for the tenant. AtlasCare arrived and after an hour at the house we were advised that they could not install the shower unit but instead told that us that the basement weeping tiles were blocked. So $16,000.00 for installing new pipes and update the plumbing which would take 2-3 days. The crew completed the work however we then faced another expensive issue in re-installing the carpet which was completely torn apart by the plumbers. Based on the original schedule, we had a decent amount of time to have the job completed for the moving date of our new tenant. The next day we checked the work and found that there were puddles of water all over the basement which meant that AtlasCare had to return and repair the problem (Another 2 days extra for repairs and cement drying which did not leave us much time). The job was finally completed but as we feel at an inflated price. Nice people to deal with but we were disappointed at the time it took to complete the job as well as the collateral damage left by the torn up carpeting. The carpet installers which were originally sent over took a look at the damage but then drove off into the sunset so we had to pay a large surcharge for another carpet Pro to come by to fix the mess on the weekend. Our mistake was not getting a second opinion/estimate for this job and we should have requested a more detailed description of the work involved. I as well left the new shower base unit as a template for the plumbers to install the new drain but they missed the mark by about 4 inches which meant I had to build a retainer wall so that it would meet up with the shower base (Another day of work). Below pics of the work completed without carpet. Disappointed overall for this very expensive and time consuming project.

    Furnace repair

    Anthony came over with the replacement parts to repair my furnace. There was a slight scheduling mixup on my end but Anthony was super gracious and understanding and was able to wait until I arrived home. He was able to get the repair done in record time and was super friendly and professional throughout, explaining everything to me as he went. If you need any HVAC servicing, I cannot recommend Anthony and AtlasCare enough. Great job!

    Servicing furnace and humidifer

    Eric showed up on time, pleasant,polite and very knowledgeable about his industry. Performed his job quickly, explained what was done, also what could be upgraded, no pressure, just laid out the options.

    New Furnace and A/C - not up to par

    Day 1 Initial furnace installation was smooth and well done. They cleaned up after themselves and it was all good. They were supposed to do an extra run into my basement, but said that the team from next day would do it. Day 2 A/C installation was not as good. A/C Power cables were hard up against our water spigot so we could not turn on our outside water without rubbing against a high power cable. They came back and fixed it after I called, but it still should not have happened in the first place. The Day 2 team also did not do the extra basement run. I have called twice and talked to very nice people, but no action has happened on this yet. I would like to be able to recommend them, but right now, I cannot.

    Furnace Installation

    On November 25th Patrick and Sathwinder arrived from AtlasCare HVAC company to install new Lennox furnace @ 8:30 am and were done @ 2:30 pm leaving us with a very modern furnace, very technically advanced running smooth as silk. It was a job well done and the 2 installers deserve full marks. They didn't leave till every fine detail was complete. We are happy as can be and love the Lennox furnace as it is so ever quiet, quieter than we believed possible. Highly recommend both AtlasCare and the Lennnox furnace.
