My air conditioner was dripping so I called for service as a diagnostic. They said I needed a repair: a cleaning to stop the drip so it cost me 100$ but it came back in less than 2 months. They came again and only charged me "half price" and to say that I needed a deep cleaning, taking the machine apart. They also detected some mold and said it would take about 1-2 hours to take the machine apart. After booking an appointment for a thorough cleaning, the technician just opened the ductless air conditioner and sprayed it with a foam cleanser several times and wiped down the machine. He did not address the clogged pipe saying the foam cleaner will do the trick. Not sure why the other two technicians wouldn't have done that. I asked what did he do to remediate the mold and he showed me a piece of toweling he had used to wipe down the interior. If it really was mold, then was wiping mold all over the interior of my machine! He did not use any disinfectant for it as he had wiped it off. How I wish, mold could be removed by wiping down with a paper towel! Cleaning woudl be so easy.......... if that worked and companies woudl go out of business with all their mold destroyers becoming unnecessary. The technician was ready to charge me 500$ for the 20 minute cleaning consisting of a foam spray and wipe down.

Our 16 year old Spacepak developed a water drainage issue which shut the a/c down today (Saturday) at 6:30 am. Called Atlascare at 7:30 am and Lyndon arrived at noon. Diagnostic complete and temp fix within 45 minutes. My toddler’s nap was saved and I am sitting cool in our house. Lyndon provided an excellent explanation of the issue and our options. Extremely personable, well spoken and knowledgeable. A huge asset to the company! We will always use Atlascare and are very happy with their service for our Spacepak and boiler. Thank you, Lyndon!!

Great work by Bryan and Kurt to replace my shut off valve. This had to be coordinated with City of Toronto who had to first turn off water externally. They both knew how the City worked and kindly waited for city to arrive and completed work within 30 minute window allowed by City. Both Bryan and Kurt were patient, courteous and very professional.

Since I was without hot water, I have glad that Abdel contacted me and came to do an estimate the following day. He was very efficient and took lots of photos for the technicians who came two days later - yes we were still having bucket showers. There were companies who could have done the work sooner but it was a long weekend and I was wanting to get all my estimates before making a decision. The technicians were great, efficient, friendly, and wore masks most of the time. They explained a number of things about the appliance before leaving. I have hot water!

Routine summer maintenance of A/C. The technician arrived on time, carried out the process efficiently and through with helpful suggestions. This is what I have always expected from the technicians at Atlas.

Came on time, did a thorough job. Was able to diagnose but could not completely fix the problem. Informed the supervisor of the problem and promised that someone will be in touch

David was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He also respected pandemic precautions. He pointed out 2 concerns with the floor drain and main water shutoff. Excellent service. I’ll use Atlas/Bosco for my plumbing needs in future. Thank you.

Kyle is punctual and informative about our heating and air conditioning maintenance and performance. He is respectful of our home. Getting the text update when he is on his way is great.

Our annual check of air conditioner is part of our package with Atlas Care. Daniel was on time, polite and efficient. He change the air filter, as usual. He let us know that our unit is not functioning efficiently. It is old. Not a big surprise. Recommended continuing to use but to get a quote on a new unit, in case. Explained that the coolant used by this old-ish Carrier is no longer being manufactured so finding the leak and repairing is likely not a good option. Update- we had a new Lennox air conditioner installed by AtlasCare. Jose and Christian did a good job. Installation took ~4 hours.

Jason is professional, efficient and personable. He arrived wearing his Covid apparel and was aware of socially distancing. He answered questions well and inspired trust. He is a wonderful representative of an excellent company in Atlas Care.
