Great job by Gabriel and the Atlas team keeping our Heating/Air Conditioning systems running smoothly. This year, it's especially reassuring that everything is working the way it should. Paying for yearly coverage for routine maintenance and emergency service is a great investment.

In a heat wave, the AC conked out. Quick call to Atlas and Rudy (estimator) came out the next day (Saturday, which I appreciated). He was thorough and an experienced rep for Atlas. Took pics and detailed drawings for the installer. A couple of days later, installer (Nick) arrived on time and prepared. Billing done on the spot. Seamless customer service from start to finish. Use Atlas for heating and AC and minimize your stress levels.

In June I replaced the ancient central air conditioner and the slightly younger furnace. Atlas Care was transparent about costs, efficient about estimates and options, and completed the job well. I should have made the changes years ago.

We made an appointment for servicing our air conditioner, and also to diagnose why it was making noise. Del arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He was very proficient in servicing our air conditioner and letting us know about the annual maintenance plan which provided good value. Thanks!

They have a Great communication tool to remind you of appt and text you 30 mins before tech arrival. All experienced Service folks, well trained polite, prepared and do great service work. Thoroughly, explain work needed and when completed walk you through cost. They have discounts for seniors and inexpensive service plans. Offer more than just AC and Furnace services

I had water around the floor in the vicinity of a new Ac unit . Mike came and quickly identified the source but also made sure there was no damage to the unit . Luckily it was a quick fix . Explained everything to my satisfaction . Impressed by how friendly and thorough he was .

We called Atlas care because we had a leakage problem with our air conditioning unit. Ilio came to the house on time wearing, mask, gloves, footwear all in place. We showed him the problem in the furnace room. Ilio diagnosed the problem within approx 5-10 minutes and fixed it for us. Our units are reaching their lifespan and because of this Ilio gave us some cost options for preventative problems down the road. We decided to go with the the Atlas care GC monthly membership. We felt no pressure whatsoever but wanted to reassure ourselves that we were taking forward action for the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Atlas care to friends and family. They have done an impressive job so far. We have used them twice now and fully intend to make Atlas care our first call when issues in our home maintenance arise. Thanks Atlas care.

Johnson was excellent. Very polite professional and friendly. Explained what he was doing and made some very reasonable suggestions which I greatly appreciated. He was also very respectful of taking necessary precautions
