Lyndon visited us to do an annual check-up of our a/c this past week. He strictly obeyed all Covid rules and provided us with a clear review of our system in a timely and professional manner. Atlas is very transparent with any and all repairs they think might need done but due to their thorough attention and maintenance, we have rarely had issues that need fixed.

Installation of water heat. Very quick and clean install. Answered all questions. Work was done fast with no problems. have used Atlas for over 25 years, they stand by what they promise

Routine service under service agreement plus replace air filter and install float switch. Brandon reviewed the operation of the AC unit and changed the air filter. Explained the difference between the new filter and the older concertina style. Noticed the lack of a float switch and explained why it would be wise to install one. Very pleased with the visit.

As usual, the technicians from Atlascare are professional, polite and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to deal with this company. I would highly recommend them. The work was completed quickly and neatly.

Needed my air conditioning fixed in the middle of A heatwave. 24 hour turnaround time. Fixed in under an hour. Cleaned up after himself. Wee bit expensive though. For a minor fix.

Professional service with good communication throughout the whole process. Binyam maintained good physical distance when discussing each step and took good care in ensuring I was aware of what was going on

Called Atlas to come and perform routine maintenance., Filters were changed but a couple hours later I noticed the unit was not cooling. Called them back and explained they were working before they came and not after. Was told by supervisor I could pay $4000 for new compressor or $6000 for new unit- it was coincidence it broke that day. After refusing to repair or replace technician was able to get it going.
