We called Atlas care today as we had an issue with our AC unit turning on and off. Right off the bat, we received amazing service from the service coordinator, Claire, the after hours coordinator, and ultimately, our service tech, Steve. Everyone we encountered for this service was impeccable! Steve answered our after service call within 15 minutes of our call. He came to our home within the time he said (within the hour). He identified the problem and fixed in. We were very impressed with Atlas today and the impeccable service on what of the hotter days of the year. 5/5 star rating all around!

AC Compressor was shutting off and turning on. When sun was full force on AC unit. Daniel instantly diagnosed That system had too much Freon gas. Removed and replaced gas and adjusted system.

Got ripped of for parts Ventor Blower $952 ...on line $350 Capacitor. $230......on line $75 .Too late signed Jason's work order Contacted the President Grochnal several times by letter and Telephone ,no reply from either .Do not deal with them.

We woke up and our AC was not working. Have heard great things about Atlas but have never used them. I signed up for their monthly AC program for $11.99/month and had someone come out that afternoon. They replaced the capacitor quickly and professionally. Would definitely use them again!

Jason came to my house and very thoroughly found and explained the problem. He was very pleasant and professional. He what had happened and walked me through potential next steps so we could make an informed decision.

AC stopped working as furnace fan failed. Replacement fan ordered. Replacement covered by annual plan. We’ve been an Atlas customer for 25 .plus years. Always been satisfied with their prompt professional and reliable service. This time was no different.
